Happy Sunday everyone 😚
a lot of people start their fitness journey with goals to “lose weight” or “get abs” but things were much different with Carly and I.
when we started just 6 weeks ago she had just overcome a big surgery, which she had lost 15lb in result of, she could barely run a mile and found herself significantly weaker than ever before. we needed to push food and ultimately gain her weight, muscle and confidence back.
Carly is deep into her busy junior year of college and eats at her school cafeteria, so macros were a little too difficult to throw in the mix. we started on an easier 4 day split until she was ready to train 5 days (absolutely no cardio). so proud of this girl for the obvious work she’s putting in managing to gain back 10lb. can not wait to see her grow even more🌻🌻💛 #gainingweightiscool#glutegainsfordayz
