A new edit on an old favorite. “Firefall” in Yosemite, appropriately named because it looks as if lava is pouring down the cliff face. It is really just the sunlight, which at a specific time of year hits Horsetail Falls at sunset, illuminating it up with bright orange light. This day, it had been quite rainy and I was pessimistic about getting to a sunset. However, the sky cleared up just in time for the magic to happen

Ask Beans which is the best seat in the house and he’ll tell you to cuddle up with tea somewhere in the cozy hotel that overlooks Lake Louise (so that you don’t try to steal his actual best seat). #askbeans#bestseatinthehouse

We made a fire and had s’mores, then floated away for the night.

Waterfalls are so plentiful in Iceland that most of them have a house or small development right beneath. Seriously if you go here (and you should) look at the mountains find a fall and bam guarantee there will be some structure somewhere close.
At first it was strange to see but who wouldn't want fresh glacier water right out their back door. You win Iceland!
It's been photographed millions if not billions of times, but seeing it in person is always a treat!
This morning was definitely an Instagram vs. Reality moment for me. We got into the parking area at 6:15am even though sunrise wasn't for another 45 minutes. It's a good thing too because the parking lot was full maybe 15 minutes later. I walked up the rock pile and to my horror, here was a photographer SCREAMING at another photographer - "I didn't touch your [email protected]%$&ING tripod!!!". This type of behavior unfortunately has become all too familiar to me at these types of places. I'll say to that... chill out and GET A GRIP PEOPLE!! I found this spot away from the crowds and hung out until just after I snagged this shot! I think this was the bluest water I've ever seen in person!

I was excited to visit the Haitian side of an island I already love for the first time... Haiti seems to be off the traveler radar but there is so much beauty here. Riding this little boat out to a hidden cove surrounded by jungle was the sort of introduction that makes further exploration a must, so see you again soon, Haiti 🇭🇹❤️

Anyone else totally unable to reconcile how much they’re loving this PNW extended summer but also completely panicking about getting snow for ski season? 😬

Antelope canyon...these beautiful rock textures are formed by massive amounts of water flooding through this narrow crevice.
Flying over New York with @wingsairheli on the lookout for fall leaves peepin through the miles and miles of green. The time of brisk air and bursts of colors in the trees is here. How will you spend this fall?
The whole hike to Hidden Lake is pure beauty. This was shot during blue hour on our way back down.⛰

I feel like I’m starring in a lifetime & hallmark movie, a country romance one with these pictures. My favorite time of year are the ones during the cold seasons (fall & winter) always seem to make me the happiest. To everyone who wished me a happy birthday on the 18th, I thank you! Cheers to many more years with this one & everyone in my life that I treasure. We ended up getting the biggest pumpkin we saw at the farm. Can’t wait to carve our huge pumpkin & our regular size ones, much love from Jack & Sally 👻🎃🍂🍁

Nature does not discriminate between what seeds it’s given. It grows whatever seeds are planted, maintained, and watered. This is the way of life. Be mindful of the seeds you plant on a daily basis because they will grow to be the crop that you harvest.
What kind of seeds have you planted lately? 🌱
