  • Quem sou eu na fila do pão quando o assunto é МARATONA 🤷🏻‍♀️ mas mesmo com a minha micro experiência, queria compartilhar com vocês algumas coisas que eu acho importantes, principalmente porque sei que muitos estrearão no próximo domingo: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️O sono e descanso são prioridade nesta semana que pré antecede a prova, durmam bem e não façam nada a mais do que o treinador mandou. ✔️Se a hidratação já é essencial no dia a dia, agora a atenção deve ser redobrada. Com a ajuda do seu nutri, busque bebidas especiais que complementem a reposição de sais minerais e aminoácidos. ✔️Faça um check list da roupas da prova e suplementos, para confirmar que não está esquecendo nada (adoro uma planilha de Excel). ✔️Evite alimentos que seu corpo reconhece que não faz bem. Eu, por exemplo, amo couve flor, mas sei que dá ruim então nem passará por perto. Assim como agora e no dia da prova, NÃO é para comer ou testar nada novo! ✔️Vai correr em uma cidade que não conhece? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Nada de cansar as pernas turistanto nos dias que antecederão a maratona. ✔️No dia da prova, acorde mais cedo, tome seu café da manhã usual, vá ao banheiro sem pressa, e siga para a largada, para chegar lá com pelo menos 40’ de antecedência. No caminho do hotel para a largada, aproveite para aquecer o corpo e mentalizar coisas boas. ✔️E agradeça muito!!! Nós fazemos parte de uma minoria da população duplamente privilegiada: dos poucos loucos do mundo que correm uma maratona e de uma minúscula classe de brasileiros que tem condições financeiras para correr uma prova internacional.   • PSA announcement: I have officially decided that April 6th 2019 is going to be my first marathon!!!!💥💥 ********* #tbt to this time last year where I ran the PNC half marathon in Milwaukee. I loved this race and now they are going to have it April 6th of next year but this time I will be running the full! I am super anxious, incredibly nervous, but totally stoked!! So crazy story, the PNC marathon had the wrong distance 2 years in a row. This huge race got the distance wrong twice, can you believe it?!?! Well third times a charm, so I'm going with the odds on this one and hoping for an exact 26 2 mile race! Let the crazy training begin!! #runnerlicious

Where I was privileged enough to have been part of this absolutely awesome and fantastic opportunity to represent not just Australia, but Gold Coast to the Commonwealth and the world as part of this strong 15,000 crowd. Dói demais depois de uma maratona! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ⠀ Mas fazemos, né?!   • Если вы впервые купили часы для бега… ⠀ ...значит, ваша жизнь теперь сильно изменится! Вы сможете убрать телефон подальше в карман или вообще оставить его дома. А это уже шаг к серьезному отношению к тренировкам. Рассказываю, как использовать ваше новое устройство на: ⠀ 👉🏻коротких и длительных в легком темпе. Самое ценное – вы будете знать пульс и, разумеется, знать расстояние. В часах, как и в вашем любимом приложении для телефона, есть Auto Lap — автоматическое отсечение каждого километра (при желании можно задать любое другое контрольное значение). После каждого км часы пищат и выводят на экран время, которое на него ушло. Потом всю информацию можно посмотреть в Garmin Connect (Polar Flow, Suunto Movescount). На экран часов я вывожу пульс и поглядываю, чтобы он не поднимался выше, чем нужно. Если что, сбавляю темп. ⠀ 👉🏻темповых бегах и интервальных работах. Если вы бегаете темповые на улице, поможет тот же Auto Lap. А вот на стадионе или тем более в манеже gps будет сильно врать, и расстояние, которое покажут часы, не совпадает с реальным. Поэтому я отключаю Auto Lap и отсекаю все отрезки вручную – специальной кнопкой с изображением стрелки (на моих часах она внизу справа). Странно, но многие не знают ни про кнопку, ни про погрешность gps на поворотах. Считаю расстояние по кругам – на стадионе 1 км = 2,5 круга, в манеже – 5 кругов. Отрезки короче или длиннее посчитайте сами. На экран для таких тренировок я вывожу поля времени на отрезке и пульса и периодически на них посматриваю. ⠀ 👉🏻на соревнованиях. Вот где вы по настоящему оцените возможность не брать с собой телефон (если, конечно, не собираетесь во время забега снимать сториз – часы этого пока не умеют). В большинстве устройств есть режим “Забег” (или Race), выбирайте его, запускайте, когда подберетесь к линии старта и выключайте, когда пересечете финиш. На экран можно вывести общее время и время текущего отрезка. ⠀ ⠀ ____ 🐾🐾🐾 Кот, похоже, еще совсем молод, почти Котенок. И никого не боится. В этом его суперсила – Рокс (4,5 кг) большую часть дня шипит под диваном, Барс (5 кг) – рычит под кроватью. Настоящий монстр Кот (3 кг) предпочитает лежать посреди комнаты, виляя хвостом. #спасаюкотика

Do you have: discomfort or swelling in the back of your heel tight calf muscles limited range of motion when flexing your foot skin on your heel overly warm to the touch these are the symptoms of achilles tendonitis The Achilles tendon attaches your calf muscles to your heel bone, or calcaneus. You use this tendon to jump, walk, run, and stand on the balls of your feet. Your Achilles tendon helps you point your foot downward, rise on your toes and push off your foot as you walk. You rely on it virtually every time you walk and move your foot. Continuous, physical activity, such as running and jumping, can cause painful inflammation of the Achilles tendon, known as Achilles tendonitis. One method of ending this pain is to have a therapist who specialises in treating soft tissue, myofascial related pains and injuries. To help reverse or manage this syndrome. One would have to calm inflammation in the tendon by using M2T Blade, like the one featured in this video (no…it doesn’t hurt) or ultrasound and clearing away adhesions in the tendon and surrounding areas. Funkar fint att köra på löpband! ✔️Uppvärmning 10 min, lugnt tempo ✔️4 + 3 + 2 + 1 minuter (sammanlagt alltså 10 minuter intervaller). En minuts vila mellan varje intervall, första intervallen ska gå i ett tempo som känns ”lätt obehagligt men hanterbart”. Sedan ökar du tempot för varje intervall och det är bättre att du startar 4-minutaren lite för lugnt än tvärtom. ✔️5-10 minuter nedvarvning, gärna rask gång sista minuten. ✔️Vem hänger på? 😍 . .. . Workout of the week: running ladders! It’s a perfect way to improve both strength and speed. My favorite ladder looks like this: ✔️Warmup 10 mins, light pace ✔️4 + 3 + 2 + 1 minutes. One minute rest between intervals, run the first interval in a slightly uncomfortable pace - then increase your pace for every interval.   • 🇳🇱groepsknuffel 💜 2006 ben ik als trainer in Duitsland begonnen bij de Bambinis ( 4-6 jaar). 2014 mocht ik deze groep ook bij AV40 Delft openen. Gisteren heb ik met veel tranen en een dikke knuffel afscheid genomen. Op naar mijn volgende uitdaging bij een andere atletiekvereniging. Bedankt voor alles 🇩🇪 2006 hab ich beim @uscmainzleichtathletik angefangen die Bambinis zu trainieren (4-6 Jahre). 2014 durfte ich auch in Delft / Niederlande diese Gruppe „eröffnen“. Gestern habe ich mit Tränen in den Augen und einer dicken Umarmung Abschied genommen. Ich werde meinen Weg in einem anderen Leichtathletikverein fortsetzen.
