some Monday morning motivation for the week 💫😌

Definitely have toned up and put on healthy weight and muscle. I sit about 15-20 lbs heavier currently, and I owe my fat loss and muscle/weight growth to consistent eating, HEALTHIER eating, and weight lifting💪🏽 in the first picture I was doing mostly body weight exercises, lots of cardio and light weight lifting. My goals have completely changed over the past four years and so have my bikini taste😝😝 let me know if you were obsessed with @victoriassecret bikini tops.. I needed every color I remember🙃😂 oh and I’m really happy that I’ve strung away from LOW RISE BOTTOMS they literally look like they’re going to fall off my nonexistent hips in the first pic. On a more serious note though, looking back makes me proud as to how far I’ve come and how much I have actually changed and how much my goals have changed throughout this journey. I encourage you to take pictures along the way, and If you want to try out new styles of workouts and change it up.. do it! You have nothing to lose and seriously so so much to gain trying new things, I never thought I’d like weight lifting and thought all I wanted to do was cardio and body weight exercises, and now I prefer weights so so much more. It’s all part of the process 😇 I hope this gave you a lil motivation to start your week off right💛 have a great day xo

Hey! This is Minal :) I'm a 3rd year med student.
To be honest, I found running boring.😅 I used to swim ever since I was a kid and started playing basketball in highschool.
But a few injuries later topped with restless binge eating, I was sloppy as ever! It's fun being a couch potato but after a while it kinda gets to you. I really did want to get back to the pool but getting back to form was an obvious no go. Plus it's easier to say I'm lazy.
It kinda hit me when almost everything on my physical activity list became an "I used to do that." And so I started off with gym last year. Lol. #fail😂
After a good while of doing nothing I had to find another way around and thought I'd slowly start running and see where it goes. This was about a month ago. But sadly you can't have a mom in the hostel to pull you out of bed every morning😭 So running was on and off and according to my mood of course. But it was something.
I signed up for my first marathon few weeks back thinking that I'd atleast practice for that. It kinda did work!
And that's where I met Bhanuja(@completely_riddikulus), the super enthu Nike fangirl 💁🏻♀ And omg her energy levels are 💯💯💯💯💯💯 Like what even xD
I'm on vacation for a few weeks so thought I'd give it a shot. Plus interesting crew name💃🏻🔥
It's crazy how motivated she is and comes up with healthy recipes and super fun goodies. Damn I wish I won the slowest 5k runner last Sunday xP

I caved and used a glove to lift because it took the pulling of skin away. But I feel finally like I can get back on track with my “week 6” progress even though I had to take a 2.5 weeks off to let finger heal... it actually got to the point where I was sad that I couldn’t go... but looks like we are getting past it so... woot woot. #backontrackafterinjury😎👊 #ihateworkingoutingloves#backontrack#backtolifting
Help me choose a new program to start. I’m so indecisive (about everything 😂🤷🏻♀️). I’m trying to focus on making healthier eating choices & now I need to get back into routine with life & that includes working out. I’ll be completely honest, I’m trying to adjust to this mom life of ✌🏼 & after I got pregnant with my daughter I slowly stopped working out & ate what I wanted... I have strayed away from my goals BUT no more excuses. It’s time to get back on track. So HELP ME decide what program to start. 🔹& if you find yourself needing to get back on track or need an accountability partner let me no 💁🏻♀️ accountability is a big part of staying on track 🔹!!!!
It’s as much of a mental battle as it is physical... took two weeks off while the boyfriend was on leave... gained about 6 pounds from eating anything and everything in sight. Ate about 10 cookies in 1 hour the day he left... here’s to getting back to the gym consistently and eating foods that make me feel good.

Brooks is a palomino Quarter Horse gelding.
Bred in Oklahoma, Brooks now tours the rodeo circuit picking up for Gary Rempel. Strong but sensitive, Brooks likes being pampered and shows he’s happy by wiggling his nose.
Well broke, Brooks carries himself proudly and is a legendary ladies man. We think he’d be delighted if Gary would let him stay on with the Sidesaddle Girl Gang!
I promise from the front I look like the pills berry dough boy🤭🤭 but what matter is I was able to get a lift in today. Had a pretty solid back lift, went on a 25 minute walk, hit my plan pretty spot on, and got my 4L in today. As mentioned before, other than my working out theirs been a lot of inconsistency lately due to the huge transition I’m going through. Still no excuse as I could have avoided some of what I’ve done. The choice is always yours but this is my second lift in a few days. Honestly, I’m very excited. Mentally I’m still fighting but that’s nature of the beast. I’m 14 weeks out from my next show which will be in a different country lord willing all goes to plan🙏🏻🙌🏻 My head is back, it’s hard, but let’s be real...I love this S**t!! I honestly don’t know what happened after comp, but what matter is i give it everything i have to continue shredding this bad weight off and getting 1 step closer to my goal! Few more days and I’ll be looking a lot better, leaner, and tighter. Aiming to get better week by week but I’ve learned im in a position where taking Things day by day has now become the new best for me! Stay tuned as I promise I didn’t fall off completely, but give me a few short weeks and I’ll have something insane to start showing you guys!!🔥🔥 p.s @jake_abel_official my back is still my favorite muscle group😍 .
