  • #weightlosswednesday ⁣ I’ve been trying to put off wearing a coat as long as possible (I’ve always preferred sweaters) but with snow in the forecast and below 0 temperatures it’s time 🥶. This coat however just isn’t going to cut it 😂 ⁣ ⁣ Also, Happy Hump Day! I feel like I’m starting to find a LITTLE bit more balance with being back to work, being the best mama & partner I can be, and still devoting time to me and my overall health. It’s an ongoing journey and I’ve promised myself to never stop moving forward.. 11 months in and this really is just the beginning 🥰

  • Я очень часто пишу о питании для женщин! Пришел черед и мужской половины! Итак, для ЗДОРОВЬЯ МУЖЧИНЫ: . - ЗДОРОВЫЙ СОН! (до 23-00, 7-8 часов!) - это важно не только для повышения КПД и получения энергии, а и для правильной работы гормонов: мелатонина и соматотропина, которые в свою очередь берегут мышцы, продлевают молодость и снижают воспаление . - Достаточное количество белка - ЕЖЕДНЕВНО! Это значит, что ВЫ должны есть не меньше 1,3-1,6 г/белка на кг, при повышенных тренировках иногда больше. Источники должны быть «чем проще, чем лучше»: кусок мяса/птица, жирная и нежирная рыба, яйцо всмятку и творог 5-9%, + подключать бобовые/тофу - как источник растительного белка. Соя должна быть 100% organic, скот желательно, чтобы был вскормлен травой, а рыба - нефермерская! . - Орехи - обязательный продукт! Лучше всего сушеные и замоченные (потом можно просушить), в орехах полно Se, Zn, Mg, веществ, которые влияют не только на увеличение энергии, а еще и выработку тестостерона и функцию сперматозоидов! 2 бразильских ореха-дневная норма селена! . - Жиры - это важная часть в строительстве половых гормонов и гормона стресса - кортизола. Должны быть правильные: жирная рыба, авокадо, кокос, семена тыквы, кунжут, желток, топленное масло (ГХИ) или сливочное (10 грамм), орехи, твердый выдержанный сыр (не увлекаться) . - Зелень и зеленые овощи (брокколи/спаржа/брюссельская капуста), а также цельное зерно (крупы) + киноа - это углеводы с витаминами В и фолиевой кислотой. Ежедневно, чтобы тестостерон не конвертировался в эстроген . 🥦Если хотите иметь здоровый %жира, здоровые кости и сосуды без холестерина - не пить пиво, убрать сигареты, не есть «мусорную еду» и та, что из сахара, не есть хлопья и все, что готовится за 5 минут, не есть за компьютером, в машине, во время разговора по телефону, после 20.00 и не пропускать завтрак! . Алкоголь - бокал сухого 1-2 р/неделю без чипсов, сухарей и всего остального! . ВСЕ напитки без молока и без сахара, чтобы ваш мозг работал на 200% со скоростью света . МакДак, панировка, вафли Артек, Сникерс и переедание - снижают либидо! Не бойтесь сдавать анализы раз в полгода и посещать врача, самое лучшее - профилактика! #доктортолстикова #еда

  • Buenos días! Comenzamos el Lunes con la receta de este "Panettone" integral 😋. Está delicioso! Y es muy fácil de hacer ☺️. Vais a necesitar: 👉Prefermento: 🔸10gr de levadura seca de panadería 🔸150ml de leche (sale mejor con leche de vaca pero se puede utilizar vegetal, queda un poco menos esponjoso) 🔸2 cucharas soperas de harina de trigo integral 🔸100ml de agua tibia 🔸1 cuchara sopera de 🍯 🔸1 cuchara sopera de panela (o el endulzante que más os guste) 👉Para la masa: 🔸450gr de harina de trigo integral 🔸un poco de sal rosa 🔸3 cucharas de aceite de coco 🔸2 huevos 🔸4 cucharas de miel 🔸rayadura de una naranja y un limón 🔸2 cucharas de postre de esencia de Azahar 🔸Pasas 🔸Avellanas trituradas 👉Elaboración: Primero hacemos el prefermento, mezclamos todos los ingredientes (la leche y el agua tienen que estar tibias) y dejamos en un Noel tapado con un trapo al lado de una fuente de calor durante 15min aprox. Una vez que sale como una espuma por encima ya está listo. 👉Si tenéis planificadora, metéis todos los ingredientes salvo pasas y avellanas, añadir el prefermento y utilizamos el programa "sweet". En El Segundo amasado añadir pasas y avellanas. 👉Si no tenéis hay que trabajar la masa de esta manera: en un bowl grande, vertemos la harina y hacemos como un volcán, en El Centro añadimos los huevos, la pizca de sal, la rayadura, aceite de coco, la miel y la esencia de azahar. (Todo salvo las pasas y avellanas) y amasamos bien. Queda un poco pegajoso. Dejamos tapado con un trapo al lado de una fuente calor durante 40min. 👉Transcurrido ese tiempo añadimos pasas y frutos secos, volvemos a amasar para que quede bien integrado. Tapamos de nuevo y dejamos otros 45min, está vez ya en el molde donde lo vayamos a hornear. Una vez que haya subido lo metemos en el horno durante 45min aprox a 160-180 grados (según horno). La casa se va a impregnar de un olorcito mmmmm😋😋😋. Y listo el panettone! Espero que os guste! Stress can get in the way of taking care of yourself and managing your diabetes. So find out what's causing stress in your life and find small ways to reduce or cope with the things that irritates you. A great way of doing this is simply to schedule something fun for yourself on a regular basis. • Exercise makes everything better
Exercise is good for everybody. It gives you more energy, reduces stress, helps you relax, and makes it easier to fall asleep. Work towards doing at least 30 minutes every day but remember to choose an activity that you'll find fun rather than a chore. • Get regular checkups
Keeping regular appointments with your doctor and getting tests will keep you up to date with your risks. Write down any questions that you have ahead of time and let your doctor know at the beginning of each visit what specific things you want to talk about. • Don't diet, just make healthier food choices
Find a healthier way of eating that you can stick with for life by introducing a variety of foods packed full of vitamins and minerals. Instead of thinking about food as either 'good' or 'bad' it's much easier to make simple daily swaps for the foods that are less nutritious for you on a daily basis.
