Anyways... it's just spelt sourdough bread, topped with apples, kiwi, bluebs, goji berries, chia seeds, cacao nibs, and soymilk poured over everything which might sound kinda weird but trust me, it ties everything together perfectly and turns it into a treat! I'm obsessed with making sourdough now because it's so stinkin versatile!! Toast, sandwiches, dessert bowls like this, even just a snack when I am hungry but too busy to cook during the day. #sourdough #sourdoughobsession #vegantreats

La semana de descarga consiste principalmente en dar el descanso suficiente y necesario a nuestro cuerpo y nuestro sistema nervioso para seguir entrenando de manera pesada y poder progresar en nuestros objetivos, en mi caso aumento de masa muscular💪🏼OJO esto aplica si estas entrenando muy pesado y con un plan específico. . Esta semana de descarga la puedes hacer de diferentes maneras👇🏼 . . 📌Reducir la intensidad para darle un descanso a nuestro sistema nervioso central. Por ejemplo yo esta semana reduje las cargas con las que venía entrenando. . 📌Reducir el volumen de entrenamiento: Por ejemplo esta semana mis series y repeticiones de los ejercicios han sido menos que las 3 semanas pasadas. . 📌Semana de descanso activo: y otra opción es la de realizar actividades que no impliquen levantamientos con cargas y que estimulen más nuestro sistema cardiovascular o aeróbico. Por ejemplo mañana Chad y yo vamos a hacer una buena sesión de cardio y abs, con la intención de relajarnos un poco mas y cambiar de rutina. . . Si nuestros entrenamientos están enfocados únicamente a la hipertrofia, moviéndonos en un rango de 12 a 15 repeticiones, y no tienen una parte de fuerza mínima, realmente no estaremos sometiendo a nuestro SNC a una sobrecarga muy severa con lo que no sería necesario realizar una semana de descarga. . 🇺🇸 . What is a de-load week?👇🏼. . Well, it consists mainly of giving sufficient and necessary rest to our body and our nervous system to continue training in a heavy way and to be able to progress toward our objectives, in my case, increase in muscle mass. . Generally, during this week we reduce the training load we perform daily. This de-load week can be done in several ways. . *Reduce the intensity to give our central nervous system a rest.
