Fisiculturismo dentro do meu estado eu fui um dos precursores do Bodybuilding, e tive a honra e alegria de ser abençoado de treinar com os melhores no Rio e em Brasília. Respirei fisiculturismo a vida inteira, treinei junto com os melhores e quando vejo uns caras se intitulando bodybuilding que nunca treinaram forte, pesado em toda sua vida. Nunca agacharam pesado, nunca fizeram um terra com mais de 200 kilos, que nunca zeraram uma máquina, nunca se desafiaram com 200 kilos num Supino, nunca treinaram até a fadiga ou na fronteira da dor e se intitularam bodybuilding. Corpo sem simetria, cheios de óleo. ... cheios de #bodybuilding #olddschool; vcs não são Oldschool seus merdas, nunca souberam o que é treinar com uma carga leve e tirar o teu melhor explodindo um . pico muscular. Vcs são engodos de redes sociais nesse mundo cheio de retardados seguidores.   • Everyday I wake up still unsatisfied with the way I look..failing to realize the significant amount of progress that I have made on myself.. Im glad I’ve been taking pictures since the beginning to remind myself how long I’ve come. I want to be bigger and more defined than I ever been.. so I will continue to push myself everyday.. I tell people I’m in the gym for at least 2.5 to three hours a day and they look at me like I’m crazy..but when your hungry for something you give it all every single day ..I don’t post pictures to show off my body..
