  • Yesterday I was not feeling the gym at all, felt so drained of energy but just said NOPE, I WILL go and do what I can, it ended up being one of the best workouts I’ve had in so long, was v sweaty! sometimes you do need a rest but other times you’ve just got to pick yourself up, do what you can and you never know what might happen, i came out feeling like a fab lil diva💃🏼and had so much more energy. ⁣ ⁣ If you’re in that situation where you cba (happens to us all) and you give in to it and don’t go, you actually just feel worse and then just feel a bit sorry for yourself and do nothing instead, then most likely regret not going🙆🏼‍♀️ so if you go and just tell yourself it’s okay if there’s no PBs, it’s okay if you only do a few exercises, the less pressure actually pushes you more and end up smashing it?!? (Weird how our brains work🤷🏼‍♀️) but trust me, if you’re in that situation right now, if I can do it, anyone can do it, I believe in you🙏 ⁣ ⁣ go go go smash it xxxx

Whether you’re facing a situation in your life that could actually harm you, or you have anxiety attacks that are debilitating and devastating—or even if fear is simply holding you back from doing something you’d like to do—there are ways you can conquer your fear.😇 What technique or techniques you use, though, will depend on the thing or the situation that you’re afraid of, and how you want to focus on facing your fear. Do the thing you fear ! ✌️✌️💪 For example, if you’re scared of dogs,😨 you might try to conquer your fear by letting a friend’s puppy say hello. If that’s too much at first, what about watching some videos on YouTube? Afraid of water? Going to the beach with someone you trust could help you reduce your anxiety.   • Guten Abend #fitfam 😊 Heute war ein wichtiger Termin für mich angesagt, aber ich bin eben nach Hause gekommen und bin froh, dass ich nun um einiges schlauer bin sowie die nächsten Schritte in die Wege geleitet werden können. Demnächst kommt denke ich einiges auf mich zu, aber dem werde ich mich stellen 💪🏼 Umso größer war die Vorfreude auf mein heutiges fastbreaking nachdem ich ein erfolgreiches mit Progression erreichten Brusttraining hatte 👌🏼 auch wenn die 60min Stairmaster danach ordentlich rein gehauen haben 😅 Denn ich habe wieder etwas Neues probiert 😌 ich hatte ja letztens schon mal Pudding Milch Nudeln gemacht und diesmal habe ich noch etwas verändert, sodass man es besser Löffeln bzw mit der Gabel essen kann und das ganze eben als Auflauf 😁 also ein Pudding Milch-Nudel Auflauf 🤤 on Top noch mit ein paar Äpfeln sowie Zimt-Xucker von @xucker.de sowie der Schoko 🍫 Soße von @bodyattacksportsnutrition welche ihr bei @beastmode_germany bekommt. Morgen früh geht’s dann ins Beintraining auch wenn ich meinen Rücken noch gut spüre von gestern 🙈 somit ist der Dienstag schon so gut wie gemeistert 😊 Wie war euer Tag? Alles erledigt? Gym auseinander genommen?   • Hitting some incline banded dumbbell press in today’s chest session💪🏻 Using a resistance band for this movement is great as the closer you get to the end of the rep the harder it becomes because the resistance is always increasing. I’ve started implementing this back into my training as the lockout is the weakest part of the movement for me and since the movement is at its most difficult at that point it enables me to train that weakness and hopefully in turn increase my bench press

  • I have fallen so many times but I always rise & i get up even stronger. It takes guts & courage to face our fears I have tackled my demons with intense EDMR therapy this put a lot of my demons to bed. I will never be fully healed within myself I still get triggers but it's how I deal with them right now I have learned new coping skills over the years when something occurs.
