So I ran today... Not very far and it sucked. •••
I don’t even feel like a runner anymore. Man, I gotta get out of this funk and get back to exercising regularly. •••

After waiting nearly two full weeks (except for one very over zealous and achy run ten days ago), I'm back to running! And I wore my marathon shirt to celebrate 🎉
The break was good and needed - my body was craving rest, which makes sense after a four month training cycle - and my mind could stop thinking about splits and miles.
I started getting antsy and wanting to run about four days ago, so I know I'm ready to come back, and not just doing it out of habit. Gotta run for joy, ya know?

처음 가시는 분들을 위해 요약해보자면,
라운지 출발 ➡️ 도보로 한강 ➡️ 준비운동 ➡️ 3km 웜업 ➡️ 폼드릴 4가지 동작 3번씩 반복
폼드릴할 때 춥다고 느낄 수 있으니 겉옷 하나 챙겨가는 것도 좋을 것 같다. 참고로 한강 야경이 진짜... 😍

혼자 온 사람은 서로를 알아본다 했던가... 언니와 나만 라운지에 혼자 따로 덩그러니 있다가 서로 말 걸었다 ㅋㅋㅋ 덕분에 심심하지 않은 2시간을 보냈습니다 감사해요 언니! 내일 무릎 너무 아프지 않기를 😭🙏🏽
Testing out the new Noxgear Tracer360 on my track workout this morning. Oooo so many colors! 😍. I figured since I’m doing a majority of my running in the dark that I should invest in some safety equipment. People definitely don’t have an issue seeing me in this. @noxgear_nation
