Next time you train push-ups, try these hand placement variations to train different parts of your chest and triceps. In this set I did 2 reps at at each hand position starting from an inner hand position and then moving outward to a mid hand position, and then outward again to a wide hand position. The more inwards/close your hand placement, the more you are working your triceps, and the the more outward/wide your hand placement, the more you are working your chest.
