Do you ever have that feeling that your dating Netflix? While the boys were napping today I got myself all set up with my lunch and turned it on. I was completely blown away by the documentary I watched today. It’s called STINK and it validated every reason why I try and live and use nontoxic products. I am a hippie mom and these documentary is one of many reasons why! #knowledgeispower

Less then 6 months post op and they got me working on mma footwork. Focusing on continued concentric explosive movements of the Achilles. This is crucial bc when training or fighting mma, I am rarely flat footed, my heels usually don’t touch the ground. It is almost all continuous concentric explosions. I ruptured my Achilles warming up with shadow boxing footwork drills. Psychologically it’s a weird feeling when you start doing the same movements that injured you. However, I’m extremely grateful and blessed to be progressing rapidly with zero setbacks. I trust the hard work that is being put in, I trust the surgeons repair, and I trust the stem cells are regenerating me into a mutant. Fun fact: I was almost given the fight name “Korean Hulk” years ago, but I respectfully declined. One, I am a flyweight, which is the lightest weight class in MMA. It felt ironic. Two, there is already a “Korean Zombie” and he would destroy me. Anyone need more info on stem cells or which doctors to go to just send a DM, I’m happy to help #stemcells#documentary#achillesrupture#trusttheprocess#returnofybj#ybjl#mma#rehab#footwork
The Delhi Patiala House Court, on Tuesday, 20 November, pronounced the death sentence for one of the convicts in the 1984 anti-Sikh riot case, Yashpal Singh. The current generation of youth living in Tilak Vihar has inherited the scars and trauma of the anti-Sikh riots that took place in 1984. Watch the full documentary on TheQuint.com.
Hi guys, meet Elena! 🤠
The greatest piece of advice I think I've received from Gary Vaynerchuk is to start DOCUMENTING the day to day of the business journey. 🎥Essentially, if you are in business today, you need to start acting like a media company.
I had 6 film applicants, and Elena blew them all out of the water with her talent (also just showing up on time) and her positive attitude. 🌠
In fact, she did my very first video edit for free, just to show her ability to hustle.
I was impressed.😀 You'll see much more high quality video content coming out in the future for both Prevail Botanicals @prevailbotanicals as well as the Brock Cannon podcast and brand. 📸Tonight we did an epic running video shoot on the beach at golden hour. It was incredible. 🤙Elena loves horses, adventure, and is very talented so give her a follow and watch her work as it comes out!
She going to be an AWESOME addition to the Prevail brand, capturing the essence of a true outdoor lifestyle brand.
