QUEM AÍ AMA bolinha de queijo????😍😵😱Essa ficou SURREAL e ainda te ensino uma forma de deixar SUPER CROCANTE! Não esquece de curtir e marcar os amigos ❤️ . Para a massa: . 300 ml de leite integral ou vegetal 1 colher de sopa de manteiga 1 colher de sobremesa de sal 1 xícara e 1/2 de farinha de arroz ou aveia . Em uma panela adicione o leite, o sal e a manteiga, espere levantar fervura, quando levantar fervura adicione a farinha de arroz e mexa bem por uns 4 minutos.Quando sair da panela jogue ela em uma bancada e sove por dois minutos. . Recheio: 200 gramas de queijo muçarela cortado em cubos. . Para empanar: 100 gramas de manteiga derretida + 100 gramas de farinha de rosca ou farinha de linhaça, usei de rosca. . Pegue um pedaço bem pequeno de massa e abra na mão, adicione o queijo e enrole até ficar uma bolinha.Passe manteiga em volta dela e empane na farinha de rosca/linhaça.Asse na air fryer em temperatura máxima por 20 minutos.Fica SUPER crocante, essa massa é surreal!   • Garlic Mushrooms by @cafedelites 📷 * Ingredients 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 an onion chopped (optional) 1 pound (500 g) Cremini or button mushrooms 2 tablespoons dry white wine* (optional) 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves chopped 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 4 cloves garlic minced Salt and pepper to taste * Instructions : Heat the butter and oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion until softened (about 3 minutes). Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges. Pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes, to reduce slightly. Stir through thyme, 1 tablespoon of parsley and garlic. Cook for a further 30 seconds, until fragrant. Season generously with salt and pepper (to your taste). Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve warm.

  • What’s Cookin’ in the Kitchen for this Week?? 😜 . Decided to get a little creative in the kitchen for this week’s meal prep and it was so easy to make! 😋 . This Week’s Meal Prep: Honey Mustard Chicken! 🍗 Swipe & Save ➡️ recipe for your next meal prep! 👌🏻 It is so good so you definitely want to try it! 😁 . Ingredients: - 6 Chicken Breasts 🍗 - 1/2 Cup of Raw Honey 🍯 - 1/2 Cup of Dijon Mustard. - 2-3 Garlic Cloves. - Pepper. - Salt. - Avocado Oil 🥑 . Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F. 2. Butterfly chicken breasts and cut off any extra fat. 3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 4. For the sauce, mix together: Honey, Dijon Mustard, Salt, Pepper & Chopped Garlic. Set aside for later. 5. Heat a large oven proof saucepan with avocado oil and place chicken in saucepan and brown on each side. 6. Then add a few spoonfuls of mustard sauce on each side of the chicken breasts. Cook for an additional minute, then pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken & place in the oven. 7. Bake for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. 8. Once cooked, pour chicken in a container with all the sauce and let chicken soak for about an hour. 9. Serve in meal prep containers with chicken & a little sauce on top, rice and your veggie of choice! ☺️

Que necesidad de someter a tu cuerpo de esta forma, no es necesario. Quieres resultados? Yo tengo la respuesta para ti, en el 99.9% de los casos es una alimentación equilibrada, ejercicio suficiente, buena calidad de sueño y una buena hidratación. Así de sencillo, a la antigua, lo que ha funcionado toda la vida es lo que funciona hoy y es a largo plazo. . . 🔸NO HAY CAMINO RÁPIDO. NO HAY MÉTODO MÁGICO. Lo siento pero tienes que hacer un esfuerzo nada te va caer del cielo. Esta semana vamos a hablar sobre la gastritis, es una enfermedad muy frecuente y a la que debemos prestar atención ya que se ha relacionado con el cáncer gástrico, una de las principales causas de muerte en Costa Rica.😮😔 Es la inflamación y daño de las células del estómago a causa de la presencia de microorganismos o exposición a las secreciones gástricas de los tejidos dañados. Desde un punto de vista clínico, se suele denominar gastritis un conjunto de síntomas digestivos altos: malestar o dolor epigástrico (mejor conocido como la boca del estómago) moderado, acidez o ardor epigástrico,😣 saciedad precoz, náuseas y más raramente vómitos. ➡Cada cuerpo es distinto, por lo que los causantes de malestar suelen ser distintos de una paciente a otro, siempre se recomienda una manejo multi disciplinario, visitar al doctor para que recete el tratamiento pertinente y controlar con su nutricionista para que le adapte un plan de alimentación. ❗❗Mañana, estaremos brindando una lista de alimentos permitidos y restringidos, que le ayudaran a controlar el padecimiento. #nutrition #nutricionista #health #eathealthy #gastritis

Dafür einfach 1 Packung Blätterteig auf ein Backblech ausrollen. 1 Becher Schmand mit 1 TL Senf, Salz und Pfeffer verrühren und den Blätterteig damit bestreichen. 100 g braune Champignons in Scheiben schneiden, eine halbe Stange Lauch längs halbieren und in Streifen schneiden. Beides auf dem Blätterteig verteilen und salzen und pfeffern.   • Black Bean Protein Brownies 🍫😍⁣ ⁣ I love having these on hand to satisfy my sweet tooth throughout the week 👌🏼 Save this recipe and give them a try!⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ •1 can of black beans⁣ •2 tbsp cocoa powder⁣ •1/2 cup quick oats⁣ •pinch of salt⁣ •1/3 cup honey or maple syrup⁣ •2 tbsp sugar (I substituted with the Truvia equivalent)⁣ •1/4 coconut oil⁣ •2 big tbsp chocolate protein powder⁣ •2tsp Vanilla extra⁣ •1/2tsp baking powder⁣ •Mini semi sweet chocolate chips⁣ ⁣ Method:⁣ •Mix all ingredients except choc chips in a food processor.⁣ •Stir in choc chips⁣ •Bake in 8x8 pan for 12-15 min⁣ •Let cool in pan for 10 min before cutting⁣ #blackbeanbrownies

(he dislikes onions and squash of any kind) This would be perfect to serve before your big holiday dinners, as a starter. It’s also incredibly delicious reheated the 2nd day. Some things get better as they sit, and this is one of them. It’s colorful, so flavorful, and filled with notes of caramelized onion and cinnamon. Look for the recipe this week!
