2 weeks postpartum with 8th baby at 40 years old and 💥YES💥 I for sure have a flabby belly!!!
I most definitely have stretch marks and dimpling!
This is where we get real and put on our big girl panties and say, "IT'S OKAY!!"
It's okay to love our bodies in all their fluctuations throughout life because they are a gift given to us by God.
We may have skinny days, we may have fat days (or years!🤪😂) And that's OKAY!!
We just need to do our best to take care of the bodies we have been given , be happy in the process, and show love to others...the rest will fall into place!
Our bodies do amazing things as women! I'm shocked how well mine has held up quite honestly! Through the thick and thin (literally!) I am grateful that it is still going strong for me!
I am even more grateful for the 8 children it has brought me!
AND...I am SUPER excited because in 4 more weeks I get to hit the gym hard!! Wohoooo!!!!

DON’T LET ANY AMOUNT OF REJECTION MAKE YOU BELIEVE OTHERWISE!!! 😘❤️😘
CALLING ALL MY LADIESSSS!!!🙌💋🖤 .
Can I get a HOLLAAAA, for being 30, and not 20 anymore!!?😜 Time can do one of two things to you... destroy you, or build you! THE CHOICE IS YOURS! .
Stop waiting for the right time... because IT'S NEVER going to happen! 👉 Seriously guys... when I decided to started focusing on my health, we had just bought a cheap RV to live in (with my moms help) because we had made some bogus life choices that put us into HOMELESSNESS (if you know my story, you know how far we've come since then).... I was a new mom, in a new state, I was on WIC, we could barely afford gas for Mike to get back and forth to work, I smoked cigarettes, drank alcohol🍻 and pretty much self sabotaged every positive moment that came my way... I was on a true destructive path. .
I didn't have the money to buy my own starter kit when the idea of a home fitness program was brought to me. I laughed at the price honestly... but as the days went on, I couldn't stop thinking about it. So, I mustered up, and borrowed the money💰 from my mom (thank you @bshaw1896)... promising her I would pay her back because I was going to start Coaching on the side!! (AND I DID!!!) I convinced a few girls I knew to do the program with me (all of these girls are still a part of my team today, 2 1/2 years later!) I paid my mom back, I got my pre-baby body, back... but overall, I got ME, back! I began to actually enjoy working hard again! Working hard on myself, working hard on my business, life, friends, family... everything began to level up!🙌
I did it y'all! I took the leap, I said, F*ck it.... what do I have to lose!? Nothing could have been worse than the situation I was already in! So I just went for it. I put in my all... and well, NOW I couldn't imagine my life turning out any other way! 🤙💋🖤
I have 5 more spots to fill for my October Challenge Group! Who wants them!? Who wants to become the women they always knew they were born to become!!? 🙋♀️🙋♀️ I'm ready to work with you girl, so let's do this! 👊
Project Mukti, run by Urmi Basu’s NGO New light India, directly tackles the taboo topic of Menstruation in India while empowering two sections of the society - women from intergenerational prostitution families who distribute pads manufactured by them to the vulnerable rural girls so that they stay in school. They started crowdfunding with us in collaboration with Village Volunteers to bring together a bicycle sales force of 15 mothers living in the red light district. This program wanted to loan bicycles with baskets to carry pads, provide 6 months of stock, and offer counseling, and training in business and marketing to the force. •
In just a period of 99 days, Project Mukti did not only reach the goal amount but surpassed it by raising double the goal amount! The fundraiser helped many women to find their way out of the cruel life and gave them a ray of hope. All of this only because of your support. •
I don’t want you to miss out on this terrific promo this month.
You have until 30 September to get started with The Home Essentials Kit and ensure you get a 5ml Ice Blue and tube of Ice Blue rub.
But wait, there’s more!!! You also get ME!! I would be so thrilled to support you in introducing these oils into your life and helping you to feel more empowered with your health and wellness and for your family as well.
Message me and we can get started.

“It's so easy to get pulled away and lose perspective of what the whole purpose of this journey that we call life is, and ultimately the purpose is love. One can become so distracted in accumulating, and striving, and in the lower mind's stories of fear, that we find ourselves feeding the false self of ego rather than our soul and spirit”— :::::✨ I loved this message in my inbox from @orkielight last night and resonated with it completely. If in our striving, we have lost the heart of love, which I see so much of in the turnings of the wheel of human nature, then ultimately we have nothing. Move the needle in the direction of your heart, my loves, and in the name of #love and #trueppwer all else will prosper. #onlylovewillwin#inthenameoflove#loveistheanswer❤️

10 years ago, I became a Captain. A decade of my existence being responsible for the aircraft and passengers that I carry. It was a bittersweet achievement as my father passed away only a few months after, but I hope he was proud to see me achieve those 4 gold bars. I had worked tirelessly but realized that life is not fair. A few months after he passed, I made a decision to leave the country of my birth and embark on a new adventure. It was the hardest decision I ever made, leaving my mother in tears at the airport. It has been a journey of what I thought was impossible. Moving to the Middle East as a woman was challenging but it’s been rewarding. I am currently the only female pilot in my unit and I really and truly hope this inspires women in any field to keep your eyes on the goal. I have stumbled, I have fallen, I have thought a million times over of giving up but I kept going. If I can do it, you can too. .
“Why blend in when your not meant to stand out” is a quote I’ve heard a while back. Being a person that considered myself “normal” and rarely acknowledged my individuality. I was constantly trying to fit myself into a box that was way too small! .
We as women are taught to be “humble” and at times we don’t want to acknowledge our greatness due to the fear of being judged. That same fear has us not pursuing our dreams! The message I am compelled to share with you today is this :
Each and every single one of you reading this right now is smart, bold, resourceful and brave individual. We are all capable of doing everything we’ve dreamed off and more if we just own our intelligence. .
Listen to your intuition, accept that compliment, own your mistakes and be proud of yourself. .
Be the ray of sunshine on a cloudy day
Remember I want see you win .

There seems to be such an epidemic lately of women saying yes which I am all for! Every invite, meeting, personal obligation or opportunity that comes their way. I am definitely one of them.
Maybe it’s the fact I don’t like disappointing people or let anyone down, or maybe I’m afraid to lose that big opportunity and big moment or maybe I just like being busy 🤷🏽♀️ But whatever the reason I am finally slowing the F down and unplugging.
Saying no has been one of the greatest things I could have done for my happiness, metal, physical and emotional health and not to mention the growth of my business.
Opening up a space and time for me to sit and do exactly what it is I love, working with clients, becoming creative and healing people from the inside out.
But the one thing I had to learn was to heal myself first.
Slow down, sit in silence, put the phone down, log off of social media, stop swiping left or right and just unplug. You will thank yourself for it.
