As a long term athlete and CrossFit coach @nicknavtraining has carried a lot of stress on his shoulders; decreasing his ROM (range of motion)
I love the hypervolt by @hyperice , helps tenderize the muscles; getting them warm and relaxed.
The Graston Technique used by Rockblades from @rocktape increases his muscle mobilization.
Combining the 2 along with deep tissue work: increased his ROM and provides an better overall performance and wellbeing.

Sometimes to close a door for good all it takes is to believe in your power! On March 10, 2018, I walked through the doors of a self-defense workshop not knowing what to expect except for maybe a few cool “Karate Kid” moves. In turn, I connected to my true self. I, was uncomfortable! I, cried, boy did I cry! I, recalled an incident! I, was scared! Yet I, was empowered! The stories shared made me realize how powerful it is to stand my ground when something feels off! And though I travel a lot alone to foreign nations and many times I am safe thankfully, but in a split second... Being unbreakable is NOT only about safety but more important to empower yourself when you feel belittled! How many can relate?
So today, dare yourself to listen to that inner voice that’s been saying “tic toc, it’s your time baby to speak up!” Be brave and realize it’s ok to close that door with “ganas”! It’s ok to say NO to anyone or anything that goes against that inner voice. You are NOT in outerspace or crazy. Practice that NO to your core! Empower yourself and the right doors will open! Maura helped me see that I have the power! No one can break me unless I allow that door to shut close in my face! And guess what? Until a few days ago, I kept ignoring it but not anymore. I, LUCKED OUT to know there is a difference. ELEVATED SINGLE LEG SQUAT - The Evil Step-Sister of the Step up (LOL) is the Pistol Squat or as seen here an assisted Pistol Squat or Single Leg Squat. These should be included on Leg Day at least 1x week to Target, Strengthen, Shape, Lift & Tone Legs: Quads, Glutes, Hams with Core; improve Balance and Stability, Help Correct Muscle Imbalances & keep your bone density high if performed with Functional Strength Training. Brace your Core, exhale as you stand up and lift the knee, squeeze the butt cheek of your standing leg and get the opposite knee as high as you can as you pull in your abs. Lower yourself down slowly, ideally it should take two seconds on the way up, One second to squeeze your Butt and Core at the top and two seconds on the way down, approx. 5 sec per rep.
12R/12L x 4-6 Sets
Perform as a Bodyweight exercise to start and grab on to a wall then to maximize results, Increase your load per set. You should feel challenged from the start of the set. If it is too hard, make the step higher, lower your step to a more challenging level as you get Stronger to stay challenged and keep the results coming.
