WHAT?!? 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Years of eating unhealthily as a routine and then being on a ‘diet’ has given me the mindset that when I’m ‘off the diet’ the unhealthy eating is the norm! 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️THIS IS NOT TRUE! 🙄 It’s finally sinking in that the healthy eating IS the normal not the other way around! 🥗🍏🍉🥦🙂 BUT it’s about balance ⚖️ it’s ok to have a treat here and there 🍕🍪but keep track of what’s going in. Are you trying to lose fat or gain fat? Make sure you are in a calorie deficit or calorie surplus to achieve what you are aiming for! AND don’t forget your protein to keep up the lean look 👍🏻💪🏻Change your mindset!
