This video has been in my camera roll for a month or so now, and I figured while I work on new stuff I’d share something I already have. I’ve been hitting the gym in a regular basis and smashing my PR’s🔥 Big things are happening right now and I’m excited to share it soon!
If you’re tight on time, get inventive with your exercise. Jog with the dog instead of walking, take the stairs and run up them, or combine your exercise with study by listening to audio learning materials on the go.
Eating healthily is actually eating normally!?!?! WHAT?!? 🤷🏻♀️😂 Years of eating unhealthily as a routine and then being on a ‘diet’ has given me the mindset that when I’m ‘off the diet’ the unhealthy eating is the norm! 🤔🤷🏻♀️THIS IS NOT TRUE! 🙄 It’s finally sinking in that the healthy eating IS the normal not the other way around! 🥗🍏🍉🥦🙂 BUT it’s about balance ⚖️ it’s ok to have a treat here and there 🍕🍪but keep track of what’s going in. Are you trying to lose fat or gain fat? Make sure you are in a calorie deficit or calorie surplus to achieve what you are aiming for! AND don’t forget your protein to keep up the lean look 👍🏻💪🏻Change your mindset!
