Down to 124lbs after my forced time off. A couple years ago I was self conscious about being too muscular and now I’m self conscious about not being muscular enough haha. Sounds cheesy but I’m loving my body at every shape.
I’ll be documenting my prep going into my next season as far as body composition and specific diet changes go. I’m tracking my macros, currently at 150p/200c/50f with one refeed day. I drink alcohol 2-3 times per week and doing three- hour and a half long very intense conditioning sessions.

Eight half marathons in one year with a PB time of 1:32 to a 430lbs squat and a 545lbs pull. It fascinates me what the human body can do and what it can adapt to.
What do these two pics have in common? I didn’t give a shit about what anyone thought. I like to train. I live to compete. It makes me a better person and a better student. My friends thought I was insane when I would spend my Friday night doing my long runs on the street at midnight some times because that was the only time I could make it happen after school and work. They thought I was insane when I moved all my furniture out of my second floor apartment and replaced it with a squat rack and a platform or when I would bring my barbell to class in gradschool to get my AM session in during our one hour lunch break. And now, they still think I’m nuts of course. I don’t really care.
