Some mornings you just don’t feel like running. YES it happens to us all! I’ve run 6 days a week for almost 7-8 years and there are still days I don’t want to lace up and head outside. 🤷🏻♀️
This morning I wasn’t feeling it but I just did my best to keep a positive attitude, lace up my @brooksrunning Levitate, and just started running! My first mile felt slow and sluggish but sure enough little bit little by legs started to feel better. Each mile got a little quicker and before I knew it I had a perfect progression!
7 progressive miles done and without a doubt I feel 100 times better than I would have if I’d taken the day off 🙌💪

Do these banded booty exercises to strengthen and shape your glutes. It’s a great addition to any workout routine, regardless of your age or fitness level.
My glutes were absolutely baked after this routine 🍑🔥
All you need is a mini band and some space to lie down😜
focus on working your glutes. You don’t want to feel your low back working. Your glutes should drive the movement.
1️⃣Pop squats (to get that heart rate up 😈)
2️⃣Glute bridge variation
3️⃣Glute bridge variation 2
4️⃣One legged glute bridge
5️⃣Side lying leg lift variation
Perform 20 reps of each exercises
Rest 45 sec

I am someone who NEVER takes pre-workout, because I simply believe I don’t need it, (because I’m young fit and am already full of energy) I’ve been working along side of @fit_pharmaceuticals taking their supplements and i can 💯 % recommend taking their pre workout. A shot of the forbidden Apple 🍏 had me buzzing, motivated and able to bench 10kg+ what I normal lift on Monday’s chest day, AFTER working a 9hour shift. I will continue using their supplements as I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes in my training routine and weight lifting overall.

Yoga has as many flavors as ice cream. If you like yoga you probably have a favorite flavor. The ashtanga method appeals to my inner child, the inner gymnast, my entrepreneurial spirit and my love of community. I enjoy working with a teacher who teaches us all even though we may be learning something different.
