So, for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to do 100 squats today. Was the weight heavy? Of course not. My goal is to work on form and depth and there is no better way than just getting under the bar.
HEY YOU! YES YOU, DON'T TURN AROUND I'M TALKING TO YOU!
I bet you're doing it all... Working on a lot of projects at the same time, paying the bills, going out to all your friends things, solving problems that aren't even yours.
Here's the thing, we're not superheroes. We can't do everything by ourselves. That's just being DICKHEADMAN.
Ask yourself, do I want to do everything?
The reason is simple. Superheroes take on too many responsibilities and that isolates you from the people in your life.
Who wants to be a lonely superhero who can do it all.
So maybe it's time to put your cape away and do less. Keep up the intensity but do less, and you know what you'll achieve better results.
1️⃣ Don't expect so much from yourself . Own your life but understand that not everything is up to you.
2️⃣ Trust others, take the load off. Delegate. Five others the chance to feel needed.
