  • PALEO VEGAN CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE coming in hotttt 🔥 🍫 Are you trying to eat clean but have a difficult time satisfying your sweet tooth? If you love chocolate as much as I do, this is the real deal 👊🏼 🍫 This dairy and refined sugar free treat is made with avocados which gives the mousse its fluffy texture (plus the healthy monounsaturated fats 😊). 🍫 And then there's cacao. Did you know this superfood has been used as a party drug in European night clubs? 🍫 Raw cacao is a natural source of caffeine, which causes a surge of endorphins and an increase of blood flow, heightening your acuity and fueling you with feelings of euphoria (thanks theobromine). 🍫 Then there’s the flood of magnesium, which soothes the central nervous system and relaxes the muscles. 🍫 Raw cacao is also chock-full of flavanols and polyphenols which squelch free radicals and inflammation while increases blood circulation and stimulation of the brain. 🍫 To make the CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE, you will need: • 2 medium avocado • 1/4 cup organic unsweetened almond milk • 2 medjool dates, soaked and pitted • 3 tbsp @drinkcacoco spicy dark chocolate w/ habanero + reishi • 3 tbsp @navitasorganics organic cacao powder • 1-2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup 🍫 Start by soaking 2 dates in luke warm water for 20 minutes. 🍫 In a small sauce pan, heat 1/4 cup almond milk. Transfer liquid to a NutriBullet (small food processor works too) and add @drinkcacoco chocolate nibs (you can also sub with 3 tbsp cacao powder). Blend. 🍫 Next, combine 2 medium avocados, dates (soaked), cacao powder, and maple syrup. Blend on high. Note: since this will be thick, you will likely need to stir with a spoon and then blend several times. 🍫 Top with fresh figs, blueberries, shredded unsweetened coconut, @beekeepers_naturals cacao superfood honey, and cacao nibs.   • One of the main things I really wanted to focus on this month was finding BALANCE between building my career as a personal trainer & actually having a LIFE – being able to enjoy weekend adventures, going out with friends, eating foods that are probably not very nutritious but just taste really damn good & not worrying for a single moment how many calories are in them. 😋🙌🏼⠀ ⠀ And this past week, that's exactly what I did.⠀ ⠀ Since I'm still recovering from my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome surgery, many of the things I do on a daily basis had to come to a full stop. (Like working out, meal prep, household chores & using my computer.) 😅 But truthfully, it was probably one of the best things that I could do for myself – mentally & physically. ⠀ ⠀ We tend to put ourselves at the bottom of the totem pole and take our own health for granted. 🙏🏼💜 I often get so caught up in the passion of building my business - because it's something that I love & doesn't really feel like work. But it still is. And in turn, I forget to treat myself, to go out and socialize, to celebrate the small wins & to take breaks when I need them. Although fitness and nutrition are both definitely important, we need ALL OF THESE OTHER THINGS TOO.⠀ ⠀ That’s why I think it's so important to really figure out what balance means to you. Before my surgery, “balance” was training 5x a week, eating a moderately healthy diet with some treats speckled in there & going out rarely - both for my #bodygoals and my wallet. During my recovery, balance is spending WAY more time with friends and family, eating as mindfully as possible & trying to get some physical activity in, but not stressing too much about making it the best workout of my life.⠀ ⠀ And, you know what? Both lifestyles are totally fine. 🙌🏼💯⠀ ⠀ If the actions you’re taking each day make you TRULY happy & get you closer to your goals, then you’re already on the right track. If not, then you have FULL CONTROL to change that. Do the things that make you happy, try something new, follow your heart, trust your instincts & don't be so hard on yourself. Because balance means something different to everybody. 👈🏼⠀ ⠀ What does balance mean to you? 👇🏼

I’m actually eating chicken, veg and potato - quite the body building diet I know but I unfortunately I guess I can’t eat pizza every day... (right?) This is what I’m fantasising about and I think you should fantasise too (you are welcome). This was from my holiday and possibly the best pizza I’ve ever eaten - courtesy of @emilylouisej_ (hereby now known as the disco house funky pizza queen) or funky pigeon queen (inside joke I apologise) . . . When it comes to pizza I have to say (potentially quite controversially as no one seems to agree with me) I prefer myself a thick doughy base and my god this had one. I don’t care what you say - thin bases are basically pointless and I don’t understand them. The moral of the story? Dunno. Eat whatever pizza makes you happy? Although bear in mind I will judge you. Hope y’all are down with that - HAPPY THURSDAY 🍕

  • it’s been a loooong time since I’ve made my ~ cinnamon vanilla protein french toast ~ for breakfast round ✌🏼 after a hot&sweaty morning run and back/arm lift💃🏻 my mouth is still a little sore from yesterday’s painful dentist experience so I’ll probably be sticking to softer foods the rest of the day... 😬 but these lil slices of heaven were TOTALLY worth the discomfort • • • R E C I P E👉🏼 in a shallow dish whisk together 1/3c egg whites + a splash of almond milk + 1/2scoop @furtherfood collagen peptides (use “hannah10” for 10% off your purchase!) + 1/4tsp cinnamon + 1/4tsp pure vanilla extract🥣 ••• soak 2 slices of @foodforlifebaking ezekiel bread in the egg mixture for a couple minutes. ••• melt a little coconut oil on a cast iron over medium heat & cook the roasts until golden brown on both sides🍞

  • I’m currently a la playa🌊🌴 for a week with my fam-o for our annual beach vaca. I acknowledge the privilege I have to be able to take a full week off work & I certainly don’t want to take this time for granted, but after a few months of summer festivities, I’m honestly ready to dive head first into the fall semester. As much as I love the warm sun☀️ & chill vibes😎, it’s also the hardest season for me to actually be productive. I have so many projects in motion, and I’m really looking forward to waking up early and cranking out some quality work in a quiet coffee shop☕️ without a million excuses & distractions. I’m also excited to have a set home base (I’ve been in limbo between my family home & college rental all summer), so that I can establish a more consistent meal prep & workout routine. I’ll be the first to admit I really enjoy changing things & feel stuck when I’m in a strict routine for too long, but I also do my best work when I have a little more structure.🤷🏼‍♀️ What can I say, life’s confusing but ya just gotta do your best to figure it all out. • IN MY BOWL🥙: steamed kale & summer squash, veggie burger, a grape leaf, a dollop of red pepper hummus, sprinkle of nutritional yeast, and a drizzle of siracha🌶

  • 🍩 COMPLETE COOKIE 🍩 ➡bez mouky (verze Chocolate Chip a Dvojitá čokoláda) Dneska jsem si dovolila napodobit námi všemi známou The Complete Cookie, která je mým velkým oblíbencem, ALE: Když se mrknete do složení, tak tam najdete více než 45 položek, z těch všech pojmů rozumím ani ne polovině a co si budeme, i když se do ní snažej narvat všemožný vitamíny a antioxidanty a kdo ví co ještě, stejně tam najdete spoustu věcí, které se vám líbit nebudou 🙈 Další "ale" je cena, sušenka totiž taky není zrovna zadarmo, že? 😂 A poslední "ale" jsou nutriční hodnoty, protože ta naše obsahuje o polovinu méně sacharidů a zároveň daleko více bílkovin 😊 Takže tu mám 3 ale, který mě donutily skočit k troubě na celých 15 minut a připravit si sušenky velmi podobné originálu, ale tak, aby se o nich dalo tvrdit, že jsou opravdu "fitness" 😄 No a navrchu vidíte mou nejoblíbenější hořkou čokoládičku značky Tony's Chocolonely, kterou můžete sehnat na e-shopu @promlsouny ❤ A co vy, kupujete The Complete Cookie? 🤔 RECEPT: 40 g kokosové mouky 20 ml javorového sirupu (nebo jiný sirup) 50 g arašídového másla 30 g proteinu (já použila čokoládový CFM Evolution značky @promincz) 8-9 lžic mléka 1 lžička kakaa (pouze pro verzi Dvojitá čokoláda) Hořká čokoláda navrch díla 😄 POSTUP: Nejprve si smícháme suché ingredience (pokud budete dělat dva druhy jako já, vynechte ze začátku kakao), přidejte arašídové máslo a javorový sirup a pořádně promíchejte a začněte po lžících přidávat mléko a po každé lžíci znovu promíchejte. Dejte tam těch lžic tolik, dokud vám nevznikne hodně husté těsto (ani trochu tekuté!) držící při sobě. Pak jsem si těsto rozdělila na dvě části, k jedné přimíchala kakao a pořádně vmíchala. Z každé části vytvarujeme kouli, kterou rozplácneme na pečící papír do tvaru kolečka a pomocí prstů vytvarujeme do hladka. Navrch vtlačíme čokoládu a pečeme cca 10 minutek na 180° tak, aby byly sušenky měkké. NUTRIČNÍ HODNOTY na 1 sůšu Chocolate Chip: 371 kcal Bílkoviny 24 g Sacharidy 23 g z toho cukry 20 g Tuky 18 g z toho nasycené mastné kyseliny 6 g Vláknina 11 g Uvedené hodnoty jsou pouze orientační! 😊

To have a child to clean up after, to dry her tears, to teach her about the good in life, and how sometimes we won’t get what we want. — Thursday helps me remember this because it’s the day when in my business everything updates for the week.. my Fitness Influencing Team’s accomplishments are official and they get to be PROUD of what they’re doing for other people, including their own little ones and family 💕💕💕 — What a gift I have to offer the world and even in year 3, it’s just the beginning😍😍😍

  • So these are my meals of today ☺️❤️ I’m trying my best to get back on track and get back into eating proper meals because when I study I get too lazy to make proper meals 🙈❤️ Breakfast: chocolate smoothie bowl 🍫 Snack 1: crushed wheat toast with a handful of baby spinach with one egg white and one whole egg 🍳 Lunch: salad, quinoa and pork chop 🥗 Snack 2: protein bar 🍫 Dinner: whole-wheat pasta with lean game mince 🍝 Dessert: 25g of Lindt chocolate 🍫 . I have posted the recipe of the smoothie bowl before and I recommend you go check it out because it really is amazing 😍.   • Save the extra calories so you can enjoy #nationalrumday tonight 😊😊courtesy of @fitmittenkitchen you can enjoy this DELICIOUS Veggie Noodle Broccoli Alfredo thanks to @tillamook and their super easy Creamy Alfredo Sauce Starter! We’re nearing the end of summer which means gardens are (hopefully) producing loads of goodies for you. Make the most of your garden veggies by putting them to good use in this dish. We’re swapping wheat pasta out for some sweet potato and zucchini noodles in this recipe for a lightened up version of the classic broccoli alfredo. You won’t believe how amazing this is! Recipe below...⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀ 1 small shallot, diced⠀ ½ tsp minced garlic⠀ 1 1/2 TBSP oil⠀ 2 medium sweet potatoes ⠀ 2 medium zucchinis⠀ 4 cups chopped broccoli⠀ 1 package @tillamook Alfredo Sauce Starter⠀ 1 ¼ cups milk⠀ 12 grape tomatoes, halved⠀ fresh basil for garnish⠀ ⠀ DIRECTIONS:⠀ 1. Peel sweet potatoes, wash zucchini and trim ends off flat; Spiralize potatoes and zucchini into desired noodle shape and set aside.⠀ 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet over medium heat. Once hot add diced shallot and minced garlic; stir frequently until fragrant – about 3-4 minutes. Add in sweet potato noodles, broccoli and another splash of oil to the pan. Cook the sweet potatoes and broccoli for about 4-5 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are soft. Add zucchini noodles last and gently stir. ⠀ 3. Meanwhile, make the alfredo sauce following Tillamook Sauce Starter package instructions – note: I added ¼ cup more milk for a slightly thinner sauce for this dish. ⠀ 4. Once the alfredo sauce has melted, pour over skillet of veggies and gently toss to coat. Serve with fresh grape tomatoes, basil and a dash of black pepper if desired.   • ⁉️VEGAN AND HEALTHY ON A BUDGET⁉️ - i feel like this is one of the most frustrating misconceptions there is about veganism, that oh it must be so expensive, and oh i would go vegan but i can't afford it! WELL YOU CAN BOO! Literally some vegan food is literally some of the cheapest you can find (believe me b i'm a uni student living that budget lifestyle)🥗 - Obviously living a life of avocados and strawberries isn't going to be the cheapest ever, but that's not just what veganism is ok and it is so SO easy to live cheaply on - here are some of my top tips to eating vegan on a budget 🌱frozen fruit and veg; so much cheaper than buying fresh, and have EQUAL the amounts of nutrition! I tend to buy both fresh (for salads etc) and frozen to have once i've run out of fresh 🌱Buy Fruits/Veg in season: alongside your frozen supplies buy your fresh produce that is in season as these will be the cheapest - you can find our whats in season online 🌱tin, tins, and more tins: tins of chickpeas, beans, and chopped tomatoes are absolute staples in my cupboard and are literally 30-50p per one 🌱bulk buy of dried products such as lentils, quinoa, rice, black beans, these will last you so so long and make each serving so cheap - something else i want to briefly cover, is getting your protein in on a budget. ONCE AGAIN this is easy to do here are some of my favourite cheap protein sources and their protein/price/per serving: 🥝Chickpeas: 8.4g protein/ 15p 🥝Green Lentils: 7g protein/7p 🥝Black Beans: 8g protein/12p 🥝Frozen Soy Beans: 11.2g protein/26p 🥝Long Life Soy Milk: 7.25g protein/15p 🥝I also make my own seitan, which is much cheaper than buy meat alternatives in store, you can bulk buy ingredients on amazon! One bag of vital wheat gluten makes about 4 batches and each batch is about ten servings! So I GOT YOU - Ps i know i need some more tops about veganism cause im over using this one lmao apologies🍉

Per 8 barrette: 30 g di riso soffiato 20 g di proteine in polvere preferite 30 g di miele o sciroppo d’agave 30 g di burro di arachidi 100% 20 g di cacao magro in polvere circa 40 g di acqua 5 g di arachidi sgusciate tritate grossolanamente pizzico di sale - vaniglia Unisci il riso soffiato a miele e burro d’arachidi. Prendi un recipiente rettangolare e rivestila con carta forno. Versavi il riso soffiato e con le mani dai forma.  Unisci poi il cacao, il sale, la vaniglia e le proteine in polvere. Aggiungi l’acqua a poco a poco e regola in base alla consistenza. Ti consiglio di fare in modo che la cioccolata non sia troppo liquida ma bella densa. Ora versa la Cioccolata Proteica sul riso in modo da formare un rettangolo di cioccolato. Spolverate con le arachidi tritate e poni in frigo per un paio d’ore. Togli dal frigo e taglia le tue porzioni.
