¼ cup sweetened condensed milk⠀

  • Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches @60sec_foodstuff INGREDIENTS: ⠀ 600ml thickened/whipped cream⠀ ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk⠀ 2 tbsp brown sugar⠀ 1 cup mini choc chips⠀ 1 tsp vanilla bean paste⠀ ⠀ COOKIE DOUGH:⠀ 169g unsalted butter, softened⠀ 1/4 cup granulated sugar⠀ 3/4 cup packed brown sugar⠀ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⠀ 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt⠀ 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour⠀ 1 tablespoon milk or cream⠀ 1/2 cup mini choc chips⠀ ⠀ STEPS:⠀ For the cookie dough - Spray an 8” x 8” baking tin with oil and line with baking paper. Set aside.⠀ Add butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla bean paste to a large mixing bowl and cream together using a hand mixer until pale in color.⠀ Add salt, flour, milk and choc chips to the butter mixture and fold in using a spatula until well combined. Split the mixture in half.⠀ Add half the cookie dough to the baking tin and use the back of a tablespoon to spread around evenly. Set aside in the fridge.⠀ Lay out a large sheet of baking paper and add the second half of the cookie dough on one half of the baking paper and fold the other half over the baking paper. Use a rolling pin to spread the cookie dough out to about the same size as your 8” baking tin. Transfer to a baking tray and freeze.⠀ For the ice cream - Add cream, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla bean paste. Use a hand mixer to whip until you reach stiff peaks. Add mini choc chips and fold in using a spatula.⠀ Transfer the cream mixture to the baking tin, use a small offset spatula to spread the mixture out. Add the cookie dough sheet on top and freeze overnight.⠀ To serve use a large knife to cut into squares. ⠀

  • Hey beautiful people! Are you ready for the weekend😃?! I’ll be spending it at work (at the hotel in Split atm) and not home😢 But I’ve got you guys to keep me company😉Tell me your fun plans since I have none😅! Oh, and wanted to update you on Intermittent Fasting thing that I started....I honestly love it! Just to introduce it to you guys that don’t know what it is. You eat in a period of 8-10 hours a day and the rest is fast - I myself just drink water. I’m doing actually a version of it called Reversed Fasting which just means that you skip dinner instead of breakfast which I find works perfectly for me on most days (and when it doesn’t, then I just skip that day, and that’s perfectly ok). I just love that it’s not like “you have to do it 7 days in a row or else😵...). Anyway, I feel like I have more energy, my digestion is great, I think my abs have become more visible even though I haven’t been working out as regularly as normally... So pretty happy🙌🏻 It’s been probably a month that I started and will keep you updated. I do believe that it’s a good thing fir vitality and longevity so it’s kind of a plan to keep it up. Here you have my breakfast of season atm: Chia Pudding with pomegranate. 1 portion: 2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 1/2 cup oat milk. Leave it to soak for at least half hour. Then add yoghurt and some date or maple syrup + fruits (pomegranate). Happy almost weekend guys! Love, Maja xx

Love this yummy recipe by the talented @livevitae . More info below: . Add more seafood to your diet can be great as items like shrimp contain essential fatty acids, iodine and selenium. Shrimp is also low in fat and a high complete protein source. . Seafood is easily digested. This is a great low carb option for those who prefer this style of eating. . Zoodles are also one of the quickest ways to cook vegetables and is one of the reasons I love this method. . This was all cooked in one pan on a wok. Cooked under 15 minutes. Double up the recipe to serve more. ---- Ingredients. 1 tbsp extra olive oil or avocado oil 1 large courgette / zucchini Large handful of kale or other fibrous green 1 plum tomato 175 grams wild tiger prawns (I do not consume farmed fish! Usually contaminated and are fed antibiotics! Save money and buy frozen wild shrimp) 1/2 avocado ---- 1. Preheat pan to medium add 1/2 tbsp of the oil. 2. Add the spiralised courgette and sauté for 5 mins until softened. 3. Add the kale and continue until softened. 4. Remove the veggies from pan. 5. Add the other 1/2 tbsp oil. Add the prawns and cook until cooked through approx 4 mins. 6. Remove from heat. 7. Prep the tomato + avocado 8. plate up and enjoy

Para hacer esta base de pizza sin gluten sólo se necesitan 3 ingredientes. Es baja en grasa, no lleva levadura y se prepara en un momento. Preparación: 5 mins Cocción: 15 mins Total: 20 minutos Raciones: 2-4 INGREDIENTES. • 2 tazas de harina de trigo sarraceno o harina de arroz integral (280 gr). • 1 cucharadita de sal marina. • 1/2 taza (125 ml) + 2 cucharadas de agua. INSTRUCCIONES. 1. Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC ó 400 ºF. 2. Echamos todos los ingredientes en un bol y removemos con ayuda de una cuchara al principio y luego de las manos hasta obtener una masa homogénea. La cantidad de agua es aproximada, puede que tengas que añadir más o menos cantidad, así que les aconsejo que se la echen poco a poco. Si la masa queda muy seca, añadir más agua y si queda muy pegajosa, añadir más harina. 3. Enharinamos una superficie plana como por ejemplo, mesón de la cocina y estiramos la masa con ayuda de las manos o de un rodillo hasta que tenga forma de pizza (yo la corto con el molde de un plato grande para darle forma reconda). 4. Luego la colocamos en una bandeja para pizza (opcional) o sobre una bandeja para horno con un poco de papel para hornear y la horneamos durante 5 minutos. ( yo después de hacerlas, las dejo enfriar y las congelo, para tener cuando tenga antojo o tenga visitas, es lo más fácil de preparar🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️). 5.   • We had a really, really amazing day and I just can’t believe that this is where I am at in my life. This time last year, I was in a really dark place. My body was failing me. And a year later, I feel positive and strong. And hey, I still have the cute lil dimples on my left leg and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I almost hope my cellulite and imperfections never go away so I can live my whole life teaching my clients and all those around me that you CAN be strong and imperfect and you CAN be healthy and imperfect and what the fuck does perfect mean anyways? My greatest dreams I had of myself were on the other side of all the stupid fears and stupid things I used to say to myself. I am alive and I could not be happier. I am not cautious. I am running towards who I want to be. Full force.

  • IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN 🎉🎉. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s.... gatherings and parties galore. Not gonna lie, I kinda forgot about the holiday season until my roommate reminded me. And I’ll admit... for a second I got scared. Because I’m currently on a cut, and I want to hit a certain weight, then maintain it for a couple months before starting a bulk. And I was terrified that during the holiday season I was going to ruin ALL my progress over the past 6 months and spike back up to my original weight. So I took a deep breath, and took a step back. I had to remind myself that treats were NOT off limits, and that i should enjoy this time with my family/friends because nothing is more precious to me than those memories. I had to remind myself that I’m not actually prepping for anything - I don’t have a time frame in which I need to make weight. I had to remind myself that I’ve made so much mental progress that I shouldn’t worry about regressing. I was strong then, and I’m stronger now. I’ve decided to approach this holiday season with the mindset that I can enjoy myself, but keep my proportions in mind. Because yes, that first bite of a brownie is the best goddamn thing on the planet, but it’s novelty wears off the more I eat. So do I REALLY need that second one? Or maybe I could go halvsies with someone else and get to try a variety of treats. Small proportions won’t derail my progress, and I’ll still get to enjoy time with the people I love 💜.   • You can tell I’ve had a lot of fun taking these cake pictures 😂 the only problem was cleaning up the sprinkles. Other than that I was pretty proud the cake came out really good considering it was my own recipe and I’m not the best at baking. To give me some kind of guidance I used the cake ratio from serious cooking and genius cooking. However the frosting is store bought because every time I try to cake icing it’s a goopy mess. The next step is experimenting with flavors and sugar reductions. For this recipe I reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup because typically I don’t like very sweet cakes especially with super sweet icing. Since this was my first time making this cake I wanted to play it safe. Baking is literally like a science that I will master one day, but not anytime soon 🧐. Anyways I hope y’all had a great Sunday 💗💗 Oh if you have a cake flavor you’d like me to make let me know in the comments?
