Then I learned something on "inspiration" ◾I use to think that once I get thin aka.shredded life would be sorted, problems will find it solution and life will get to perfect place.but nop having a healthy body is more important. . ◾ Being lean don't determine being healthy,and it almost took me a back injury, vitamin D deficiency, lots of muscle & joints ache,inculding sevear hip pain during periods and almost 5 _ 6 months home resting and patience. I gave myself 5_6 months break from everything and provided myself what ever I felt was right for my body.i did manage to do home workout,and didn't gave damn about gaining some weight . ◾The hardest part i felt I needed to post my booty pics to inspire people, flex more and act hot to inspire I thought it was mandatory.but it's a lot personal choice how you feel comfortable. . ◾I learned that most of "fitispo" post actually made me stuff actually never helped me with my journey infact they made me feeling really insecure about my body, which made me take aggressive approach with my journey. . ◾Fat to fit transformation does help to get started with journey,they help us connect to people,I have realised that as humans we have same emotional thought,but different action,it feels good when someone is working on their own goal.it inspires and motivate to work on self. ◾"Fit"is really a strong word we need take lot of inspiration from people around us like ◾I think people who come strong after an huge injury is inspiration ◾ Women's post pregency recovery is inspiration ◾Someone battling some Health issue and over coming is an inspiration. ◾Single parents making their health a priority is inspiration ◾Old age working out is inspiring. . Not all the time, nope. Goals...I have them too and today was a day i did not want to play nice. I wanted to eat crap all day, complain about everything & go back to bed a d sooooo didnt want to workout. BUT i wont reach my goals sitting on my ass. So at 9pm I got off it & hit play. I got 25 minutes of strength training in & I feel better. My cranky pants arent so cranky anymore. . . I wont reach my goals by wishing, I gotta tighten that pony tail & make shit happen! 💩👍

Yeahhh we made it! 😎🌴🌞 Na een lekkere hike door Parque National Corcovado kwamen we aan op Ranger Station Sirena, waar de ‘rangers’ verblijven die allerlei ecologische onderzoeken doen binnen het beschermde natuurgebied. Wát een bazen zijn dat. ❤️ In Costa Rica leeft maar liefst 5% van alle biodiversiteit in species, terwijl het land maar 0.5% van het wereldoppervlak bevat. Bizar toch? Wist je dat vroeger 80% van het land ‘primary rainforest’ was? Op het dieptepunt zakte dit naar 20%. Hoofdoorzaak? Boskappingen voor het aanleggen van koeienweide. Koeien, die wij vervolgens gebruiken voor consumptie van vlees en melk. Inmiddels is CR op de weg terug en is 50% van het land weer regenwoud. En dat is mega fijn voor de natuur en alle aapjes die er wonen 😉🐒 Het heeft mij doen realiseren dat het eten van vlees en zuivel een prijs kent. In NL is dat ver van mijn bed, maar hier midden in de jungle besef ik me dat ik best wat vaker een plantaardige maaltijd wil happen om zo een ministeentje bij te dragen aan de jungle. Dan voel ik me op dat moment ook een beetje een kickass ranger 😎😛 Wat denken jullie van plantaardige voeding, en wat is jouw beweegreden om hiermee bezig te zijn?   • Heyyy hello! 👋🏻 just a lil reminder that results take time + effort + consistency + patience.. lots of it! I had a goal to put size on my lower body and it’s taken me a little over a year and a half to get to this point. I had to learn to be okay with increasing my body fat % as well to achieve the results I wanted. Now it’s time to start cutting back a bit and I may lose some of the size I’ve put on and I’m 100% okay with that. You’ve gotta love your body through all stages and realize how blessed you are to be able to control what happens to your body! Building & molding it is such a gift!! Be thankful! 💕

Thank you, former self, for taking a leap of faith 3 years ago, even though you didn’t have the time, even though you didn’t have the money, even though it was hard. Thank you for not giving up when things got hard, when life got hard, when you worked 80 hours for corporate America, when you got married, when you got your Master’s degree, when you moved, when you had health issues, thank you for pushing through those obstacles and continuing this “side hustle” through those times. Thank you for trusting the process, for hustling and working your BUTT off every day for 3 years to create a life a freedom. Thank you former self, because without YOU and your hustle, this life wouldn’t be possible. . We have such a heart for adopting and rescuing animals, but our heart never matched our budget to be able to give them the care the need, or the space to give them a proper home. But three years of busting my boss babe booty later, we get to do just that on our 10 acre farm home 😭🙌.   • Causes of leaky gut: If you are unsure what leaky gut is, make sure to look back at my previous posts!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The following are the main causes of leaky gut: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -gluten allergy or intolerance -alcohol -overly processed food consumption -parasites -NSAIDs (yes Ibuprofen 😕) -antibiotics -food sensitivities -candida -binging and excessive overeating ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For me, it was a mix of these things that caused my leaky gut! However, I was put on antibiotics for 3 months for something that should never have been treated with antibiotics which is when it all went downhill for me! I am not against antibiotics for chronic situations but I was given this dose over 2 years ago and am STILL healing my body from it! Antibiotics are often given out for any type of cold that should actually be supported by strengthening the immune system! Antibiotics kill all of the gland bacteria but all of the good along with it which leaves the immune system super weak! And trust me I know how easy it is to get antibiotics because when I was in high school I didn’t know any better and I thought they were slow magic pill to make me feel better and would get them any time I had even the slightest cold!! 😝 I wayyyy overused them but now I know better and I’m supporting my immune system instead of breaking it down!

  • Nou, het is in ieder geval duidelijk welke foto's er meer rondom zomer periode zijn gemaakt. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Ik heb een zonnebankje nodig... #throwbackthursday . MAAR GOED - dat daar gelaten, as promisedddd een update van mijn huidige shape! 🙋🏽‍♀️ 3 weeks post-competition, + 3,5 kilo deels vocht maar (waarschijnlijk) grotendeels vet. Geen idee wat mijn huidige vetpercentage is, maar ik stond met ongeveer 13-14% op het podium. En da's niet veel kan ik je vertellen haha! 👆🏽 Startgewicht prep was 63 KG, ik ben 1,68 m lang! 🙋🏽‍♀️ Gewicht foto 1: 60,5 KG vp 22,4% Gewicht foto 2: 52,6 KG vp 13-14% Gewicht foto 3: 56 KG vp onbekend . De lijntjes op mijn buik verdwijnen, de kleding zit weer wat strakker maar ik meen het oprecht als ik zeg dat ik hier geen problemen mee heb. Ik eet op dit moment 1000 calorieën meer dan de laatste weken van mijn prep en dit merk ik in ALLES. 🔥 Ik heb weer wat meer energie (terwijl ik in prep helemaal niet energieloos was, moet je na gaan wat voor een duracel konijntje ik nu ben), mijn trainingen gaan nóg lekkerder en ik slaap ook weer wat beter/lekkerder. Jap, ook daar heeft voeding invloed op haha. 😴 . Ik tel nog steeds 5-6 dagen per week mijn calorieën en macro's - like I always have -, vandaar dat jullie ook zulke heerlijke chocolade creaties voorbij zien komen bij mij haha. 🙈🍫 Gewoon lekker passend maken! #ensomsookniet Werkt voor mij persoonlijk heel goed. #balans 😌 Verder natuurlijk ook weer voldoende ruimte voor eet-dates buiten de deur. Dat vind ik ook wel weer heel leuk! ❤️ . Mijn fysieke doel is om een shape te blijven behouden waar ik me lekker in voel en tegelijkertijd progressie te blijven maken in mijn trainingen.   • Thanks voor alle lieve reacties en berichtjes. Mooi om te zien dat social media ook zo positief bij kan dragen! Ik heb vandaag mijn darmonderzoek ondergaan, na het volledig legen van mijn darmen, was het vanmiddag zo ver. Ik was er enorm zenuwachtig en misschien zelfs een beetje bang voor, maar het is me echt volledig mee gevallen! De arts heeft aangegeven dat mijn darmen er goed uit zagen en er geen infecties te zien waren, maar wat is er dan wel? Volgende week vrijdag een vervolgafspraak, is het nu gewoon over? En kan ik eindelijk verder! Hopefully🙌🏼
