No real form of exercise, 100% vegan & mostly whole foods (but also lots of processed treats) 👉🏼RIGHT: November 2018. 7 months consistent weight training, 100% vegan, 95% whole foods. Did I love my body then? Absolutely. Do I love my body now? Absolutely! Both bodies in this photo are beautiful and healthy. I love myself just the same 💛✨ The only difference is I am more mindful of taking care of ME. My mental health, moving my body daily, and feeding it nourishing foods CONSISTENTLY (key word here) 🌱 This body is the vessel in which I have been given for this life. I work daily to do the best I can to help nourish, and better understand what my body needs to thrive. But, this body is also not “me” and does not define me or my worth. Be happy with the body you have, but also remember to do the BEST you can for it. Take care of yourself INSIDE and it will show on the outside 💛💫

  • New shorts for summer 🤩 feeling very confident and happy with my progress 🌟 hard work pays off. Had to have 2 days off from the gym 1. From horrific sun burn 😭😭 (sooooo painful) 2. My body was very tired 3. I listened to my body ♥️it’s okay to have days off, I never understood this. I now do and listen to my body, I had a few treats and had a great weekend, and tomorrow it’s back to routine. As I always preach it’s a lifestyle not a “diet” it’s okay to have a weekend with a few naughty foods, treat yo self, you deserve it. All is good and I don’t feel guilty (because I shouldn’t) I will be back into routine tomorrow and having some ice cream along the weekend isn’t going to wreck my progress. 💛💫

  • Stell dir vor, du kannst dieses Jahr in der Weihnachtszeit essen, worauf du Lust hast ... und trotzdem deine Traumfigur erreichen! ☃️🍪🥜 Die letzten Jahre war Weihnachten für mich der Horror. An jeder Ecke gab es Süßigkeiten und deftige Mahlzeiten und ich hab versucht diese zu umgehen, als würde ich Verstecken spielen. Ich habe etliche Plätzchen und Lebkuchen abgelehnt, so viele kann ich gar nicht zählen. Nach Weihnachten hab ich dann alle Süßigkeiten, die ich geschenkt bekommen habe, auf einmal gegessen, damit ich schnell wieder abnehmen kann 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ ... und nicht ein einziges Jahr war ich mit mir zufrieden! Mein Bauch war speckig, mein Körper untrainiert und ich hab mich soooo unwohl gefühlt! Gestern kam Jan dann mit einer Tüte voll selbstgebackener Plätzchen an und ich hab keine Sekunde überlegt, sondern direkt die Tüte geschnappt 😍 Dieses Jahr wird das erste Jahr, an dem ich nicht verzichten muss!
