Crescent Pose is a strong, balancing pose and is excellent for building strength in the legs, gaining flexibility in the hip flexors and building stability. .
WHEN TO INCORPORATE:

..Upper body (arms shoulders)
..Quads, Adductors, Hamstrings
WHAT IT LENGTHENS:
Great for all levels and an excellent Beginner pose. .
1. If your tight in the shoulders, exhale your hands into Prayer 🙏🏻 at your hearts center.
2. This pose can also be done with the back (extended) leg on the mat (knee on the mat).

Day 2 💜 PS- I was actually on my way down in this one, but I thought the birds looked pretty.
It has been amazing being here with these Coaches and learning from the best. And the Super Trainers up on that building are larger than life but so down to earth when you see them in the elevator 🤗
