Eu faço as minhas escolhas, me alimento para nutrir o meu corpo, comendo também por prazer mas de forma saudável fazendo as escolhas que eu quero. Fazer o desafio não é passar fome e sim comer corretamente. Sinto os benefícios físicos internos e externos (muuuitos) dá pra fazer um post só falando deles, desde de pele melhor, disposição, inchaço, celulite, dor de cabeça...enfim, muitos mesmo!   • Before: throw in the towel Now: sweat it out and get it done Rough night with my little one. Check out my story for details but it ended up being an early bedtime for him and I was left drained. I thought about crashing on the couch and catching up on some shows but ultimately decided to go run it out. 3 miles 8:33 pace followed by a shake, shower, clean hair, and a face mask before heading to bed. At first I was 😒 that all my Littles were all up in my grill while I was trying to squat and kick... my workout wasn’t going as planned...but then I took a moment 🛑and looked around me and realized : {1️⃣was doing step ups (just like her mom) another was ab rolling, another planking, and the other doing tricep dips! I will say I knew going into the show what my feedback would likely be. And I was right!

  • FEEDBACK FROM THE JUDGES: . . . I finally got it! . . I will say I knew going into the show what my feedback would likely be. And I was right! . Also, let’s disregard whatever I’m doing with my arm up there.☺️🤷🏼‍♀️ . . . Here’s what they had to say ~ . “I suggest focusing on more glutes and hamstrings development. Also focus on a bit more shoulders to match lower body improvements. It will complete your look.” . A second judge recommended I focus on the following: . 1. Smallest waist possible 2. Fuller legs and glutes 3. More development in the shoulders to help with your v taper. 4. I would like to see you fuller over all as far as conditioning. . . None of this came as a shock to me!🙃 . I knew my glutes needed more work, as did my shoulders, and I knew I needed more size overall. . I never relayed this part of show day so I will now. . After finals were over, I was exhausted to say the least but I stopped and waited to speak to one of the judges. Might as well, I thought! I know it had been a long day for them as well. But she quickly asked what suit color I had on to recall who I was and said, . “Well. You need to be 10 lbs heavier.” . “You probably dieted down too hard...and especially for your height.” . Even though I knew it was true, it still felt kinda like a kick in the face. I was so tired. So ready to eat a good meal. So discouraged. “Oh sure, yah, let me go throw on 10 more lbs!” . I WAS too thin up on stage + I needed more muscle! And weight / muscle gain have never come easily for me. . All that to say - I obviously know where to direct my attention and efforts now, both in the gym and in the kitchen. And that’s the plan. Grow, GROW, GROW!😈 . I’m actually excited about it because duh - I get to eat more and lift some heavy weights. I’m really excited to put more effort into my shoulders! . Your girl’s gonna grow. Not because some judge said to, but because I’ve always wanted to be bigger. It’s why I started the #bonytobombshell program a year ago and put on 5 lbs. before I started training for this in April. I have a better plan in place now and am excited to see what I can do. . If you have any tips for growth as well, I’d love to hear ‘em!👇

  • I was debating on if should share this or not , because I was scared of people are going to judge . 🙄 then I realize I shouldn’t because their probably already judging 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 I post to motivate girls , well at least I try. 🙈 & my journey was a heck of a ride . My start weight was 218 😬 which is obese for my height . ( picture is on the next slide) til this day I still can’t believe I was that was me. I don’t know how I let myself go. The reason I got into fitness is because I was at risk on being a diabetic. I had to loose weight & learn how to eat right, that’s when I started cardio. I ran a lot , I trained myself to run miles under a certain time. Which I end up loosing pounds and the skin from my stomach became loose . I didn’t like it because I would have this flab you can notice it and underneath it would build a rash. I turned to plastic surgery and this where I still judge my body:(I know I shouldn’t ) even after surgery I was still chunky. Only because I got rid of a chunk of extra skin doesn’t mean I was skinny. When I got the okay to workout I started weights & toning up my body. So far I seen progress I love.
