  • 🎵Started from the bottom now we hereeeee 🔥😎🎵 I often get asked “how do you find time to go to the gym every day?”. And you guys, I don’t find time. I MAKE time. It’s not always easy 😐 And sometimes I am super pressed for time ⏳ But I ALWAYS make it happen. Whether it’s a 30 minute trip to the gym, or an hour and a half. THAT IS MY TIME! 🙌🏻 I balance a lot as a single mom of two little ones. But just as much as my two kids deserve to be healthy and happy. So do I ♥️ My kids deserve a healthy, happy mom who loves herself and can show them first hand what it means to work hard, never give up, and love yourself unconditionally no matter what. I know they see me work hard in and out of the gym. I know they see my dedication. I know they have seen me fall down several times, only to pick myself back up and go ten times harder. I know they see it. My constant “why” has always been my kids. But along the way I realized it’s okay for it to not be just about doing it for them, But about doing it for me 🔥 As a mother— I believe we often forget that we NEED to make ourselves a priorities. And momma’s, It’s NOT selfish to put yourself first or make yourself a priority. ITS NECESSARY 🙌🏻 Because when you are happy and healthy, the result of that will trickle down and impact those around you. We’re in this together.   • Today is a bit of a different #motivationmonday post. It’s about what happens after you have lost most of the weight and your happy with where you are at. For me, once I got close to my end goal weight I really struggled with motivation, I got a lot more relaxed with food and was only getting to the gym 3-4 days a week. Not seeing the number move on the scales was really hard initially, and as it had been my main motivator previously I really struggled with this. Then I had my surgery and once I was recovered I had a new fire in my belly. I committed to myself to put in 100% effort and I have been smashing it. Until the past couple days. A real lack of motivation has come over me, I didn’t eat great over the weekend and I am dreading my workout this morning. The point of this post is to remind you we are all human, we aren’t going to be motivated 100% of the time. It’s ok to fall off the wagon, as long as you dust yourself off, snap out of it and show up. This is what I have done today. Even though I would’ve been happy to lay in bed this morning I know my mental health as well as my physical health will really benefit from sweating it out at the gym. It’s in these moments that I have to remember WHY I am doing this!   • as much as i love beautiful pictures of mums with their babes, i’d say this is a more accurate picture of motherhood 🙈. post breakfast disaster, sticky fingers, dirty diapers, and all around looking like one hot mess - but i wouldn’t rather be doing anything else. i end every day feeling like i could sleep for 1000 years, but i always feel so lucky and grateful to be their mama 👧🏼👶🏻.

  • Happy Friday!! 💕I finally got to have some skin to skin time with baby boy & he was so content . 🤗He napped on me for almost 2 hours and another hour on Daniel . I honestly think I'm still in shock that this baby is mine & came from my belly because it still hasn't really registered that I'm no longer pregnant. 🤰🏼 Especially since everything happened SO fast. . . We are both doing well & he is progressing so quickly! He had his first feed through a tube this morning at 9 & has been off the CPAP machine assistance since this morning also!! 🤗 All in all everything is going great so far & I'll likely be discharged from hospital tonight! As for Maddox we've heard he'll be around for another 5 weeks in the NICU!

  • Need a Thanksgiving dessert that will keep you on track? I’ve got ya girl! Check it out! . Pumpkin Roll 👇 10 servings- 165 calories: 4F/26C/7P . Pumpkin Cake: 3/4 C @kodiakcakes Power Cakes 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 C honey 3 eggs 2/3 C canned pumpkin 1 tsp vanilla . Filling: 8 oz fat free cream cheese 2 Tbs maple syrup 2 Tbs butter, softened Dash pumpkin pie spice Stevia to taste . Mix cake ingredients together, spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper,and bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven, roll up in parchment paper, and cool in fridge. While cake is cooling, mix together filling ingredients. Once cake is cooled, spread filling evenly on cake and roll tightly up. Wrap roll in plastic wrap in fridge for 1 hour. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar if desired and slice into 10 rolls! Enjoy! . . 😋

It changed my life in so many ways and has truly provided me with so many wonderful things. 😍 Things I never in my wildest dreams would have imagined! ⬇️ I was able to leave my full-time job. I was able to hire a midwife when I was pregnant and I paid her $5k bill in cash. I was able to pay off all of my hospital bills after the baby (ambulance, epidural, hospital fees). I have paid off over $10k in debt. I paid off my Toyota Yaris. I earned a paid-for Cadillac. I have cash set aside for the first time ever. I make a full-time income that allows me to be at home with my precious daughter. ➡️ But this post isn’t about me. It’s about YOU! 👋🏽 Every single one of these things is within your reach. Extra money, paid-for car, opportunity to change your entire life. Yes! It’s literally waiting for you. It’s waiting for you to stop playing small, to stop worrying about the what if’s, and to stop worrying about what someone else might say. All it takes is you to say yes. If you have dreams or goals or things you want to achieve or have, you can totally accomplish it all. The talent is just POURING out of me in the form of “Weird Al” Yankovic-esque songs 🤣 But if I’m being really honest, this picture was taken on a day that I truly began to appreciate those farms. Even though my city lovin’ self will often hate on the country life sooo hard. On this day, my husband actually helped save a calf that had gotten loose and herded him back into his fenced in home, (reuniting him with his little cow family and his mom who I am positive was yelling at him in moo’s)🐄🤣🖤 And we stood in the middle of the farm watching it all happen. With one baby on my hip and the other holding my hand. It was absolutely beautiful. In the 8 months since Raina’s birth, I have gone from not being able to do a modified push up successfully to not only doing pushups from my toes but doing them with extra difficulty! Never under estimate your abilities. Just because you’ve had babies doesn’t mean you can’t do hard things. As women, our bodies have incredible super powers, which includes growing & birthing all of our beautiful babies AND being strong AF before, during & after! And the ache went away and has been gone all day. I feel like that is progress. What if I take all my stuff before the run. Maybe no achy?? Maybe some KT tape?
