Or just make friends with one of the super fit older dudes who are always there (and are my future goals). Seriously, go outside while it’s ☀️ and nice! - Man am I shaky on ring dips now 🙈.   • 🔥Daily Brent - 149🔥 This circuit has quite a bit of rotational agility work, so it's great for rotational athletes.  It's not just for athletes, though. High intensity interval training is a thing these days, as many incorporate cardio sets into their workouts to increase difficulty.  This circuit adds cardio intervals to lower body strength, dynamic balance, agility, lower body rotation, core stability, and overall body control. 🔹Equipment ️🔹️ Circuit  Quick hip turn hops 90° - 20 reps alternating  Alt forward lunges - 20 reps  Quick hip turn hops 180° - 20 reps alternating - 🔥Hop, turn your hips 90 one direction, land softly, then hop and return to your starting position.  Regroup to center, then repeat the other direction. - 🌊So, quick hops, rotating the lower body alternating directions.  What’s the big deal?!? - 🔥Nothing, it’s obviously not very complicated.  This exercise does bring some body control into play, though.  When you turn your lower body, your upper body wants to follow.  Don’t let it. Work to keep your shoulders facing straight ahead as you turn your hips 90. - 🌊Alternating forward lunges are just that.  Step forward bending both knees to sink in to your lunge, then push into your front heel to activate the glute and drive back to your starting position.  Alternate sides. - 🔥Finish with more quick hip turn hops, this time without regrouping in the center.  Again, make a point to keep your shoulders square and stable as you hop from side to side.  Hop 90 on the first hop, then hop 180 back and forth, passing center each time. Feel your lower body swivel side to side with each hop.  As you get comfortable with the motion, try to switch sides faster.
