  • Feeling better and better by the day. What has changed? Listening to my GUT. Seriously asking myself how is this going to make me feel? Not just food. My actions/thoughts as well. I have a morning routine that I love. I have food in my refrigerator that fuels my body. I surround myself with people that lift me up. I make time to workout because I love it, not because I HAVE to. I believe in intuition. I deserve to feel my best and so DO YOU.

I think it is a constant battle to really know your worth and be able to love yourself for who you are. I've struggled with this for years causing me to fall into an eating disorder, mistreat my body, and speak negatively about myself. It wasn't until I realized that this negativity was preventing me from growing in my relationship with God that I began to change - inside and out. I had to change my thinking, change my habits, change my heart. Then, I saw a transformation of my body and my soul. It will continue to be a battle I will fight - pushing away demeaning thoughts and filling that space with truth instead. But I will never look back. I know my worth does not lie in what I look like, how I dress, how many friends or followers I have. I know my worth lies in what God says of me: I am chosen, beautiful, a work of art. Now, I chose to treat myself as such. I choose to love myself. I choose to treat my body with respect. I choose to fulfill my purpose. I choose to love myself and others. A place for this mama to workout, meditate and just BE before the nuggets get up before the day officially starts. A place where I can have my morning ☕️ and journal my thoughts. This is where I will be yes, working on my body but most importantly my mind. Shifting it to a higher perspective and rejuvenating myself to share love to others. . We can work and work so hard on what we look like on the outside, but if we don’t work on what’s going on inside.....nothing will change. . A lot of ppl are asking me what my next big thing will be after Soul. My answer? I’m not thinking about it or worrying about it. This is my time to find ME. It is one of those pints that’s better left to thaw out for a few minutes before eating to get maximum creaminess. But okay, let’s talk about the ⭐️star⭐️ of this pint which is the huge (I’m talking massive!!!) pieces of cheesecake crust in this thing 😭 I love it so much . 😛 taste: as the name describes, it tastes like pumpkin cheesecake!! So she drifts further into her happy place of work while he/she drifts slowly away. She doesn’t understand how to make him get it, and he doesn’t feel important anymore. Her best friend doesn’t support her business. Her mom thinks she’s crazy. This episode is for her. I’m tagging boss babes in here in hopes to reach every woman who feels like they aren’t getting the support they need in their relationships. This is for the gal who wants to grow with her significant other and friends.... not outgrow them. @theinfluencerhusband and I have been through so much growing together the last 4 years of this entrepreneurial journey! Those early mornings will pay off when it’s time to get into that dress for your holiday party. 💃🏻 . 2️⃣: Join Group Classes. All you have to do is drive to class, the rest is follow the leader. Having an accountability workout partner or trainer that expects to see you in class will be super helpful & motivating throughout the winter months. 👯‍♀️ . 3️⃣: Have a Back-Up Plan 👌🏼 Let’s be real, you might sleep through your alarm or hit the snooze button. In that case be sure to have another alternative to activity (at home workout, or eat well that day to stay on track). . 4️⃣: Be Prepared - schedule in your week ahead of time & book it in your agenda. I’ve been having some shoulder issues so doing flys like this have definitely help to save the shoulders. I’m using a pronated grip here for some extra upper chest feels. ⠀ PS. My shoulder issues are quite minor and my physio has cleared me to workout. Listen to your body and don’t be stupid. You don’t wanna get injured right??
