I always have a better workout when @kylemfraser is in the gym with me! He motivates me and pushes me when that little voice in my head tells me to stop. He’s also much more knowledgeable (although I’m getting there 😜) when it comes to the gym. He was the one who showed me around at the gym, and how to perform certain exercises! 🙌🏼

[keep the bottom of your shoulder blades on the bench, constantly look straight ahead, have your knees make a 90 degree angle when you lock out]

[keep a slight bend in your knees, back flat & neck neutral, push your hips back when you start the move]

Instagram fam - I know I’ve been really absent and mia these last few months & I really hate it. So let’s talk
I got accepted to Tarleton, I’m moving in a couple weeks to start a new journey in a new town in good ole Stephenville, school & work have completely taken over my life & life has just been one big stressful mess. I haven’t been in my normal routine in a very long time.
I haven’t posted much if not any content about fitness, and I don’t think I lost my love for fitness the past several months, i just think I’ve been enjoying life without it consuming me. I needed time to think of the content I wanted to post to connect with you guys as well as figure out where my head has been at. But I’m glad I’m getting back to my routine i love a day at a time.
I realize I don’t need to explain myself, but I guess this was also just a way to show a quick life update. I love what I do, I love having the ability to show that through social media & that’s what I’m going to keep doing.
MORAL of this whole story is I’m still here, still doing the fitness thing. Just busy AF trying to prepare for another move, getting jobs secured, working as much as possible, focusing on school & studying, as well as working out when i can. Just ya girl trying to get her life together. If you made it this far, much love

Words cant Express how proud I am of this women right here. She is my oldest client that I have to date. She has been training with me for over 7 years.....we have been through it all......she trained her ass off for 9 weeks and did what most normally attempt to do in 16 weeks. She is taking home her well deserved 5th place trophy out of 20+ women..... #warrentfitness#fitnessanywhere#trainingforlife
