  • „only cold showers for 2018“ . I’m not a huge fan of annual goals, why? Because if have goal or dream I shouldn’t wait until the first of January. But this year I got one: the daily shower has to be as cold as possible. I mean I love cold water, in summer I usually shower cold, jump into ice cold mountain rivers or lakes and take ice baths. In addition it has so many benefits, health wise but also it wakes you up immediately and pushes you into the right mindset. But winter is always getting difficult. And in the beginning of this year I struggled again a few times but now I’m writing it down, I’m sharing it with you guys and for the rest of 2018 I’m only gonna take cold showers! And remember to hit that follow button @harefit_ for daily advice and motivation just like this! ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌚NIGHTTIME CARBS by @harefit_ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔥There is absolutely no change in the nutritional value of any foods whether it's eaten in the morning or at night. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍞So in terms of your dieting it doesn't matter at what point you eat your toast you're still consuming the same amount of calories, carbs, fats and protein. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✷Now one caveat to this is that some people will be less tolerant to certain types of food. So my wife gets real bloated when she eats bread therefore eating it before she goes to bed will lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So how do you work it out? Well you just have to experiment with different foods and make a conscious effort to think about how you feel afterwards. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🤢The big one is bloating and it's different for everyone but the foods that bloat you should definitely be avoided later at night as it will disturb your sleep and effect you the following day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⚡️Go forth and eat carbs at night if you wish! Did someone say #fitspo?? 😱 Not only do individuals like Chloe inspire us to never give up and adopt a #noexcuses philosophy, but they teach us how we can make our programs and classes more accessible to everyone and anyone. We strongly believe exercise should be inclusive, and it’s something we’re actively trying to improve in our studio. Imagine what a difference we could make to so many lives if we, as an industry on a whole, could make fitness truly accessible 🙌🏼
