Not 100% happy with my squat and bench technique but will continue working on getting my wrists aligned with my elbows. Currently in the building phases of my programme, so muscle gains are a go! ๐ŸŒฌ โ—พBench: 4x6 ~ 45kg/100lbs โ—พDeadlifts: 3x8 ~ 65kg/145lbs โ—พSquats: 4x6 ~ 63.5kg/140lbs Song: Like by Reekado Banks ft.   • Shapely calves are ๐Ÿ˜ So donโ€™t skip your CALF training ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ . Did you know that your calves are comprised of 2 muscles? Well, they are! In order to hit both of them and get your calves to POP you need to include 2 different variations in your workout(s) . 1๏ธโƒฃ Straight Knee . This angle hits the Gastrocnemius. There can be a wide variety of machines in your gym for this angle, you can even use the leg press! Just make sure your knees are straight & locked out, you quads are engaged, and your glutes are flexed ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ . 2๏ธโƒฃ Bent Knee . This angle hits the Soleus. Typically gyms have a seated calf machine to hit this angle. Make sure you get a full, deep stretch- then flex hard and get up on those tippy toes! . โค๏ธ TAG someone that wants shapely calves and try this out!

  • As this FDL challenge comes to an end Iโ€™m am literally SHOOKKKKK. This is only 8 weeks. Iโ€™ve not only seen physical changes, but mental as well. Flexible dieting has taught me that itโ€™s okay to slip up sometimes, and itโ€™s okay to have those foods you absolutely love. This time last year I would have planned EVERY SINGLE CHEAT MEAL, that I allowed myself only once a week. I had no โ€œunhealthyโ€ foods in my house. I emptied cabinets, fridge, the freezer, literally everything. I didnโ€™t even know what โ€œmacrosโ€ were until this challenge, and yet I was still so strict on myself. ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Itโ€™s okay to love your body in EVERY SINGLE phase. Am I where I wanna be? Absolutely not, but Iโ€™m still gonna eat my chicken, and my Oreos and ice cream and keep going because I know that itโ€™s all gonna be okayyyy ๐Ÿ‘Œ Mentally, and physically I feel amazing! If you wouldโ€™ve asked me 8 weeks ago if I thought I would transform my body like this I probably wouldโ€™ve laughed tbh. Youโ€™ve got to trust the process. Gains and changes and donโ€™t happen over night, it takes times. Did I wanna give up through this progress? A few times, actually, but Iโ€™m so glad I didnโ€™t. These pictures just make me want to work that much harder!
