The only way in my opinion to eat Veggie Chili is to pile it high with loads of delectable extras uncharacteristic to its typical topping map. Additions such as Avocado, Olives and Truffle Oil claim surface level dominion. There they wait proud and free lovingly ready to integrate with the party below. One of my favorite #comfortfood is definitely soup. For the longest time I did not know how to make soup, this dish was so scary to make. Since I am able to make soup, I make it on a regular basis. It’s so easy, you pick any vegetable, the broth flavour and the protein and you’re set. So, tonight’s soup is veggies and #protein. Yum, tons of broccoli, carrots, red and orange peppers, celery with the leaves, #garlic bulbs and potatoes. Made with vegetable broth, #organic crushed #tomatoes, #thyme, #oregano and 90% lean grass fed #beef meatballs. It is a one pot #soup because I have cooked the #meatballs in the broth! Very yummy, I #love#food and this is my #foodphotography 🍴

Pastry base/bahan crust:* Source: @meibasuki
100 gr butter
50 gr gula pasir
1 sdt parutan kulit lemon
1 kuning telur
175 gr tepung terigu protein rendah (kunci biru)
1. Kocok rata: butter, gula dan kulit lemon (smp rata)
2. Masukan kuning telur.kocok asal rata saja
3. Masukan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk dgn spatula.
4. Aduk rata saja. Jgn diaduk menggunakan tangan. Krn adonan akan keras.
5. Bungkus dgn plastik wrap. Masukan kulkas lebih kurang 30 mnt.
Cara mencetak crust:
1. Siapkan 2 lembar kertas/ plastik uk 25x25 , rolling pin dan loyang pie ukuran 8" / 20 cm (tanpa dioles)
2. Gilas adonan diantara 2 kertas/ plastik, adonan hrs lebih lebar dr loyang pie nya.
3. Cetak pada loyang pie, tusuk2 dan oven 170ºc lebkur 20 - 25 mnt (tergantung oven masing2)
4. Keluarkan dr loyang dan sisihkan.biarkan dingin
