Do you find yourself cutting out sugars, carbs, fats, and FUN in your life because that’s the “only way” you’ll reach your goals?
Life was meant to be enjoyed and when you deprive yourself of the sweets you want, eventually you “break”. You sit down and have 2 or 3 instead of the 1 you’ve been craving for weeks.
I don’t let my clients deprive themselves and you better believe I don’t either.
@pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls have been on my mind 😍 and today I enjoyed one. Honestly, can’t remember the last time I had one and you better believe it’s gonna “fit my macros” all week!
(Lol 2000 cal diet will do that)
Are you ready to enjoy your food again? Don’t wait until the New Year to better yourself. We’ve got 43 days left of this year! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO IN 43 DAYS? Let me show you.
