  • Vegan jury rating 63%. I've been trying to get hold of Sainsbury's Free From Cheddar-Style and Spring Onion Crispbakes for ages. I love breaking open a hot potato croquette and stuffing it with cheese so thought these would be delicious. They were actually pretty good, though not croquette like - they had a much softer texture (splitting and spilling their contents in the oven). They did taste a little bit cheesy, and quite oniony, and I couldn't distinguish that the breadcrumbs were gluten free. Che quella di oggi è una colazione che Davvero vorrei rifare senza poi mettermi a sperimentare altro😂😂 • • ~Cheescake monoporzione Pistacchio e Fragola 🍓 #lowcarbbuttasty😋 con cuore morbido di composta hero , Topping di granella di pistacchi e choco relax al pistacchio✌🏻~ Senza cottura, #glutenfree è pronta in 5 minuti. La migliore versione di Fake #cheesecake mai fatta 👌🏻 • • Per la Base ho schiacciato nel fondo di un coppapasta piccolino e circolare :un biscotto proteico sbriciolato Cookie PRO 🍪, 10 g di farina di cocco e 5 g di farina di pistacchio. Ho compattato il tutto grazie a poca acqua aggiunta a filo ( io ne avevo messa troppa e per farla asciugare ho messo il tutto 30 sec in micro ma non è un passaggio necessario se riuscite a dosarla bene 💧) .   • Scrambled tofu hey there 💛 👋🏻 - - Easy breakfast/brunch/lunch , why not try it this weekend 😊🌟✅🌱😘 - - Here’s how —- 1tbsp teaspoon nutritional yeast 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon paprika Pinch salt Pinch black pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 package firm tofu, very well drained 1 tablespoon water Chopped Parsley for topping - - Place the olive in a pan add in the garlic on a low heat gentle cook for a minute, add in the tofu crumbling into the pan then and the rest of the ingredients bar the parsley cook for 2 mins, add through the parsley let cook together for 1-2 mins and you’re ready to go - - Serve with avocado 🥑 cooked mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes , on a slice of sourdough, rye bread (or gluten free choice) - - Happy Friday ❤️✅ - - Side note ** 👇🏻 —-The soya debate and breast cancer 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m no nutritional expert or scientist however this is a treat for me, I don’t have soya products all the time, and that’s because I choose it that way and love it even more because It’s my little treat. I think it’s more of a life in moderation and more focus on happy. Of course there are many things we must learn along the way, fo eg I have recently learnt about the affects of certain supplements on tamoxifen.   • P R E P 〰️ Today was pretty flat out for us so I knew I needed to be pre organised for dinner! I cooked a batch of buckwheat kernels and roasted some spiced pepitas this afternoon. Then it only took around 15 mins to throw the rest of this together... I added onion, kale and lots of fresh coriander + parsley to the cooked buckwheat. Fried up a batch of (packaged) falafel and topped with the spiced pepitas, avocado, tahini and chilli sauce! Oh what a dinner it was 😋 #wholefoodmumma

  • How good is a classic roast chicken & veg?! 🍗🎃🌱✨ . . It may not be the prettiest of dishes but it’s so simple and so delicious and that’s what matters! 💖 . . . Yesterday we spent the day celebrating another year around the sun for my dear ol' Dad and that wonderful man of simple pleasures wanted nothing more than a classic roast which I happily obliged and today I'm able to relive the delicious fun allll over again . . . minus the actual cooking part 🎉🎉🎉 . Now, I can't decide which I love more, the main event of the enjoying the leftovers?! . . . On the plate we have; . 🍗Roast chicken - which I roasted spatch-cock style where you remove the back bone and roast it flat (swipe 👉🏻to see before & after) - hands down best chicken (and easiest) roast chicken I've ever made - drizzle with Niulife coconut ghee, season with salt & pepper and roast @ 175'C/350'F for 45 mins - let rest for 15 - slice and devour! . Served with ; . 🎃 Perfectly roasted pumpkin - recipe/how-to link in my profile + 🌱 Garlic roasted Brussels sprouts (I pre-steam for 10 mins until just tender to help with digestion) + 💛 Baby pearl onions - just toss em’ in @niulife coconut ghee, season with S&P (add garlic pwd to the sprouts) and roast @ 175/C/350'F for 20 ish mins + 💚 Baby peas - steam in a little @meadowmarrowbonebroth , season with S&P & toss in a little @niulife coconut ghee . 🌟 A drizzle @primalkitchenfoods ranch on allll of the things. . I kicked this morning off with a brisk walk around the park with my dad 🌳 We were out for an hour, and it was hard work getting up the hill at the end 😅 I haven't been doing much exercise lately, so it was great to get my heart rate going. . . . It is a rare treat that I get to spend some 1-on-1 time with my dad because he is always working! He is my number 1 inspiration for working hard for what you want in life. His favourite saying is: "It's funny! The harder I work, the luckier I get" 😉 . . . Enjoying breakfast now, and will be collecting mum from the airport shortly 🇸🇪 . . . I'm all snuggled up in my onsie 🤗💕 Today I am going to....leave the house 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😂 It's almost been a week since I last left the house and the main reason I'm adventuring outdoors is because I need to buy more FOOD 😅🍋🍌🍓🥕🥒 But I'm also on a mission to find a new pair of black leather boots as my trusty ones failed me by getting a hole. I've been risking it and wearing them, hoping that it's not going to rain. But I don't think I can get away with that for too much longer. I'm either going to get the exact same pair that I'm wearing in this pic: swap navy suede for black leather....or something a bit looser like my old ones 👢 . . .
