  • Znudziły Ci się omlety na słono? 🤔 Zapraszam po przepis na słodko😍 Wykonanie banalnie proste, a składniki z listy masz zapewne w szafce lub lodowce👌 ➡️ Omlet na słodko z cukinią ⬅️ 🍑 3 jaja kurze całe 🍑 1/2 średniej cukinii ok. 120g 🍑 4 łyżki mąki - u mnie pół na pół kukurydziana/ziemniaczana lub inna Twoja ulubiona 🍑 1 łyżka erytrolu lub innego słodzidła 👉 Białka ubij na sztywna pianę. Między czasie cukinie zetrzyj na tarce, odciśnij z nadmiaru wody. Przełóż do miski i wymieszaj z żółtkami, mąka i słodzidłem. Na koniec dodaj ubite białka - delikatnie wymieszaj. Rozgrzej patelnie z odrobina oleju roślinnego i nałóż przygotowana masę. Smaż pod przykryciem.   • This season the fuge is with apple🍏🍎 and pumkin also gluten free and sugar free :) NOMNOM just for diet 😉 For 8 pieces: ¤ 250 g apples ¤ 250 g pumpkin ¤ 130 g rice flour ¤ 10 g carrob powder ¤ 40 g corn flour ¤ 200 g dates ¤ 50 g coconut oil ¤ 1 tsp baking powder (GF) ¤ 1/2 tsp cinamon ¤ 1 vanilla ¤ 1/4 tsp ginger powder Put the apple and pumkin in to food procesor and blend until you get small pieces. Add dates and blend again untill everything is combined really good then pour coconut oil and stir a bit. In a bowl mix rice, corn flours and carrob powder add baking powder, cinamon, vanilla and ginger powder. Pour wet mix over dry one and stirr to combine it well. Put some baking paper over tray 23/23cm and bake on 180 for 60 min. Жить можно 😌 ⠀ Мои пять греческих любимых продукта/блюда: ⠀ 1️⃣ гигантские Белые бобы в томатном соусе..ммм, ну очень вкусно! ⠀ 2️⃣ морепродукты (для тех кто их ест). Это очень вкусно! Особенно если кушать в хороших ресторанах 😬🥗🐟 ⠀ 3️⃣ маслины/оливки 😋. Вы можете не искать вкуснее! Самые вкусные в Греции 🇬🇷❤️ ⠀ 4️⃣ халва из кунжута ! На меду 🍯, без сахара, иногда с какао или миндалем ! Можно лопнуть 😁. Я не могла остановится, Какая она вкусная! ⠀ 5️⃣ инжир, виноград, кумкват, дыни, арбузы, апельсины, гранаты 🍊 🍉 ! Все что растёт на островах-это очень вкусно! The authors of this new research propose three mechanisms behind what causes gluten sensitivity: 1. Low levels of beneficial bacteria in the gut due to poor diet, antibiotics, stress and other medications. 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞 2. A decrease in the production of butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that regulates inflammation and immune system function 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞 3.
