Lunch/Dinner Idea: Roasted garlic and rosemary hassleback potatoes in rich tomatoey sauce by @lucy_and_lentils ❤️ Recipe:⠀
For the tomato sauce:⠀
•1 white onion diced⠀
•3 cloves garlic minced⠀
•1 tin chopped tomatoes⠀
•1 celery stalk chopped⠀
•1 tbsp sage⠀
•1 tsp rosemary⠀
•1 tsp thyme⠀
•1/2 cup water⠀
•large pinch salt & pepper⠀
•fry off the onion & celery in a little oil until softened, then add the minced garlic and fry for further 1 minute⠀
•add the tinned tomatoes then add the dried herbs and water⠀
•simmer for a few minutes then add a pinch of salt and pepper.⠀

Wishing everyone a great start of the week🙏🏻💕 Today I want to share with you a recipe that I came up with on a spot and it turned out delicious. Please welcome mini Almond Pulp Berries Macaroons. Lately I have been making lots of Almond milk and ended up with 3 cups of the leftover pulp which I did not want to throw away. Of course you can reduce the ingredients and use only half of each, so you do not end up with full baking tray of macaroons like me😅😅👍🏻
*3 cups almond pulp
*1 cup of shredded coconut
*1 ripe banana
*1 cup of frozen berries ( I used blackberries )
*1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
*1/2 cup of warm water ( you might need a little bit less or more water, so start adding slowly and increase if needed)
The batter should not be runny. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender/food processor or nutibullet. Scoop batter with a tablespoon and place it on a silicon baking mat or a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes (until macaroons turn brown) in the preheated to 180 degrees oven. .

*Миндальный жмых- 3 ст
*Кокосовая стружка- 1 ст
*Спелый банан-1 шт
*Любые замороженные ягоды - 1 ст ( у меня ежевика)
*Растопленное кокосовое масло-1/4 ст *Теплая вода- 1/2 ст- может понадобиться чуть меньше или больше воды, смотрите по консистенции, тесто не должно быть жидким.

Immediately, I generated feelings of love, comfort and wellbeing for myself. My viewer is my witness. 🙌🏽 This tool helps me get through those challenging times. And who doesn’t love a challenge. Gluten free dessert to absolutely die for! Toblerone Chocolate cake made with chunks of milk chocolate and almonds. The main word there is gluten-free and it went home with me. I purchased this at Publix grocery store. The world is becoming a better place for people like me living with celiac disease. I remember how it was 15 years ago. There was nothing on the shelves for me to eat and no one had ever heard of this disease. If you have to have celiac’s disease this is a much better time!

Pumpkin Pie Coconut Energy Bites
🍃1 1/2 cups GF oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
🥜1/2 cup almond butter
🖤1/4 cup chia seeds
🎃1/2 cup pumpkin purée 🍁1/4 cup maple syrup
🥥2 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes
+ 1/4 cup for dipping
🥄1 tsp vanilla
🎃1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🍫1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Place oats, pumpkin pie spice, and chia seeds in a food processor and blend until flour like consistency. Add almond butter, pumpkin purée, vanilla, maple syrup, and 2 tsp coconut. Mix until smooth then stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and then roll in 1/4 cup coconut. Freeze for 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator.

Zo ook op de verjaardag van mijn schoonvader. Mijn schoonmoeder had via via gehoord dat bakkerij vangils heerlijk brood, banket en koekjes verkocht. GLUTENVRIJ 😍 Ik heb de hartendiefjes geproeft en oh mijn god wat zijn ze lekker! Ik heb in mijn hele glutenvrije jaar, nog geen heerlijk koekje of gebakje op. Naast glutenvrije producten, verkopen zij ook melkvrije producten. En koek en banket is niet het enige wat zij verkopen. Where it all began... Introducing what I call the Game Changer “Celery Juice” if you take one thing away from anything I post I hope it’s this. Try it...it doesn’t taste great but the way you feel after doing it will far outweigh the taste. I have grown to like it and look forward to starting every day with it.
In the 3 months since I started this is what I have seen the following changes: no bloating, weekly migraines gone, increased hair and nail strength and growth, glowing skin, weight loss, regulation of my cycle (that hasn’t happened in a year) no more brain fog, increased concentration, reduces anxiety, decreased fatigue and decreased joint pain and inflammation. 😳😳 There is probably more but when you don’t suffer from it your quick to forget.
I remember thinking oh man I want to try one of these fad things again and of course I had thrown my juicer away 🙆🏼♀️ so luckily my aunt had an extra that I took to try it out. Well after that day I have never looked back and I would spend $1000 on a juicer to feel this good every day. So run don’t walk to try this out.
Here is the key start slow 8oz add lemon juice at first if you need to until you can get to 16oz ( 1 bunch of celery usually) **make sure you do this first thing on an empty stomach Have questions just ask me... in the beginning you might feel worse as your body detoxes but then you will feel amazing!
