Favourite Breakfast - Scrambled egg, smoked salmon and avocado on toast! After weeks of eating pretty much anything I want, it’s time to get back into the healthier choices mode! With it being the start of my third and final year of uni, organisation is definitely going to be my best friend . . meal prepping galore 😂🤷🏼♀️

Perfect breaded chicken parm just like grandma used to cook it, except gluten free 🍝 This comes from Bistango in NYC. It is a gf Italian paradise. Easily the best restaurant I’ve eaten at yet for gluten free eaters

Every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard and believe in yourself 🍕 This delicious cheesy “quattro formiaggi” GF pizza is from Otto Strada in Hoboken and perfect for staying in on a Saturday night. .

STEAK NIGHT: Rump Steak with chimichurri sauce! Served with roasted new potatoes, and a large salad with green beans and asparagus! Remi loves steak night, so do I, but only have it once or twice a month as a special treat! I love adding a spicy sauce to my steak to mix it up a little bit and make it fresh! #steaknight#chimichurri
The pizza cravings have been SERIOUS AF lately. This def doesnt come close to the real deal but it’s still hella good 🤤🍕🤤I used the healthiest ingredients I could find. Cut a slice of the most MASSIVE sweet potato as the base, go figure. There’s healthy alternatives for everything! It might not have bread, be as greasy or cheesy; but at least you’ll feel good about yourself after eating it 🙂

Tomato sauce (diced tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped garlic, thyme, basil, pink salt + pepper)
1 tbsp low fat riccotta
Toppings: broccoli, brussel sprouts, cherry tomatoes, olives, basil, cayenne pepper

Chocolate protein rice flake porridge for breakfast 😍🍫. I used @deliciousalchemy rice flake porridge and mixed it with @alpro almond milk & @superfoodwales organic nutrient pure cacao protein ♥️. title this an appreciation post. ever since becoming gluten-free (by necessity), i’ve had my moments of depression and anxiety because of the fear of food and not understanding this “new” life. yes “wheat” and “gluten” are practically in everything but when you find perfect chicken nuggets and crinkle fries, all will be ok. in all seriousness, i’m an open book about this topic and hope I can help others out there discover this weird yet annoying “rich-man’s disease” which could be possibly lingering in their own bodies. so here’s to you nuggets, i thank you. #glutenfreeliving

• It’s #meatfree week this week and I’m gonna attempt to provide you with as much vegetarian meal inspiration as possible to encourage MASS PLANT CONSUMPTION! Starting with this: a ‘lasagne’ with layers of thinly sliced pumpkin (fried with olive oil and plenty of garlic) instead of pasta sheets. Of course, you can include pasta sheets too if you want, but it’s pretty good minus pasta too. In between the layers of pumpkin are layers of a rich tomato sauce, with herbs and capers, and layers of whole-roasted caramelised onions. Top it with buffalo mozzarella and stick it in the oven until it turns to bubbly cheesy goodness. If you’re vegan, substitute the cheese for breadcrumbs tossed with garlic and herbs and cook til golden! 😋Reducing meat consumption is not only kind to farmed animals, it drastically lowers our CO2 emissions which is necessary if we want to take care of the global environment as a whole, and all the little critters that make it a beautiful and interesting place to live 💕🐛🐜🦉🐞🦑🐖 it doesn’t have to be black and white, all or nothing, vegan OR carnivore. @glutenfreeganfood chocolate buns with chocolate buttercream and milk chocolate vanilla marshmallows from @mallowandmarsh 🍫🍫. Of course I then had to also drizzle some white chocolate over them because they clearly didn’t have enough chocolate already.... 😂. @glutenfreeganfood mixes never fail and they are so easy to make! 🙌🏻They are both gluten free and vegan so everyone can have a delicious treat ♥️ @mallowandmarsh make such gooey marshmallows, more like marshmallow fluff than actual ones, but I’m not complaining ☺️. Who wants one 😋.
