As someone who lifts weights for numbers, I can say with 100% certainty that unlocking yoga poses, or new variations, is just as exciting as hitting new PR’s in the gym! #yogahigh I’ve been waaaaaaanting this!! 😍🙈😭🙌🏻 Seated lotus has been comfortable to me since I was a child, and it didn’t take me too long to nail it in headstand, but for crying out loud, getting into lotus while in #pincha has been my kryptonite. Well, one of many. 🤣 I’ve lifted my headstand lotus into pincha before, but thisssssss. 👆🏻 This is new. 😎 #yogagains The weight distribution feels so strange, and once I was up there I didn’t really know what to do, so I just statued until I lost my balance. 🙈 Lol
I kept my fall out in this. Sure, some days I come out of poses nice and easy, but A LOT of the time, especially while learning, you are falling & flopping all over the floor, and that’s okay! You just get back up and try again. #goaldigger And obviously I’m not upset at all. That smile is pure awesomeness. Lol 😁😁😁

Today we're covering a super neat app from Apple called Clips. It's a video recording app that's an absolute GAME CHANGER. We've been asked a few times if we know of an app that can automatically dictate subtitles and now we finally have the answer! 🎉 -
WIth Clips, you can select the subtitles feature, and it gives you a range of different display options for subtitles. It's so easy to use - you simply speak while you're filming and the text will come up as go.
This is a brilliant, inclusive app as it allows your audience members who may be hard of hearing to get involved with your content. It's also pretty handy for those who prefer to watch videos on silent...or may be at work sneaking in a quick break.😉 -

Good Morning ☀️!!!!! Happy Hump Day!!!!!! TIRED AF this morning I’m lucky if I got 6 hrs of sleep that’s pretty much what I get during the week but some days it’s just plain old HARD I’m feeling it today!! I had skipped my preworkout 2x this week and felt like crap as the result so lesson learned Preworkout is needed when doing a strenuous workout like 80DO let’s remember friends FOOD IS FUEL 💪 so I absolutely had my preworkout meal this morning and boy did my body want it woke up HUNGRY 😋!!!!! How many of us started 2018 strong saying I am gonna make this the year when I take care of me and put myself first?!??? Just curious....so many begin with that intention and then it dies out well I started 2018 with the intention to finish it stronger and I made it every point to stick to it....but there is still plenty of time....3 months to end the year strong 💪 so who’s with me? I begin a new group Monday October 1 and this is the time to get into the game and FINISH STRONG with me by your side!!!! Wouldn’t you wanna head into the holidays a little more confident looking good in your clothes? 🐢My total loss for the year is -14.2 pounds.
Being part of the #turtleclub is something that I'm cool with.
I've decided to look at the BIG picture today since I was up for the month. Whatever makes a person happy works for me. #AmIRight ?
And knowing that I've slowly lost this amount, knowing that I'm learning healthy habits, knowing that this is a lifestyle, knowing that I'm going to be doing this for life and last but not least, WHY RUSH SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO LAST FOREVER?
I might be up 3 pounds this month, but I've lost 14.2 pounds this year. Now that's cool.
So will I continue to move FORWARD.
I will continue to make MINDFUL choices.
I will continue to stay SOBER.
I will continue to live ONE DAY AT A TIME.
I will continue to drink my WATER.
I will continue to keep MOVING.
I will continue to try and CONTROL my tendency to binger eat/ emotional eat.
I will continue on this path to HEALTHY.
I will continue to be GRATEFUL for what I have.
I will continue to choose HAPPY!!!
