Fui ao @cafemagri, um espaço agradável e aconchegante no Lourdes onde pude observar 3 características que foram definitivas para um convite ao meu retorno: sabor, atendimento e apresentação do prato! .

Today I am grateful for my husband, Mr Archie "Dat" Sopazi. Nine years ago I unexpectedly met the love of my life. I was minding my own business. He had marriage in mind.
He is my "clothing", my stability, my challenger, my inspiration, my fellow creative, my mind-twin, my greatest supporter, my lover, my monna, my friend, my brother in deen.
We've weathered tremendous storms these 9 years and grown powerfully together. We've experienced adventure, beauty and increase. I am so blessed to be yours.

Here are just 5 ways to get you started:
1) Check in with yourself first. Some people sleep with their telephone in their bedroom and the first thing they do when they awake is check their emails, this puts them into an instantly reactive mode and starts their day in a stressful manner.
2) Take advantage of prime time. The first 90 mins of your workday is the brain’s prime time for getting important things done. At this time you are more focused, creative and able to think clearly to make complex decisions and do projects.
3) Ditch multitasking. In case you didn’t know already, I’m going to break the news to you – multitasking is a myth! Researchers conclude that multitaskers make more mistakes, are less productive, less creative and have difficulty focussing on one thing at a time.
4) Avoid action addiction. The funny thing is the busier we get, the more we get addicted to take on anything that comes our way. We become reactive to all the stresses that present themselves and get caught up in solving details instead of prioritising the important tasks. Make a list and systematically complete the tasks at hand.
These 4 words are extremely powerful. They simply remind and align yourself with your higher power and creator. Thy Will be Done: Whatever your going through.. good or bad, is God’s plan. It’s the creators will and you are serving it. If you ever need to lift your spirits in adversity or feel like expressing your gratitude in a good moment.. say: Thy Will Be Done.
In this fast-paced world we live in, we often times get caught up in our busy career/school agendas & crazy lives. It’s important we don’t forget about the fun things we love & enjoy that make us feel vibrant and young again. So I urge you to get out there, have some fun and not take life too seriously. | 😝🏈

What triggers it?
Sometimes it’s an activity, maybe time with a certain person, meditation & breath work if you’re well practiced, or working on a project that you’re passionate about.
Whatever it is, the effect is undeniable. Time stands still and yet passes quickly. We are selfless yet feel more connected than ever. Everything seems effortless, like we could go on and on.
It’s where we feel and perform our absolute best. The doors of perception are thrown wide open to nearly endless possibilities during experiences which lessens our brains ability to be a filter and instead be absolutely present.
There’s nothing quite like it.

Who doesn't?! ❤️ Throughout this month I've been learning just how important "me time" really is and how nourishing it is for the soul... As a Mother and I'm sure a lot of you will agree, we often don't think about ourselves as much as we should because we are looking after our little minions 🐒❤️... but it's so important to remember after we've done all the mum-ming to have that time to ourselves, do something that brings you joy... That may be writing, reading, dancing, listening to music, meditating, having a relaxing bath or even having an early night 🙌✨😍 So have some "me time" today and every day because we all deserve it ❤️❤️❤️

Certaines d’entre vous le savent déjà, j’ai la conviction d’avoir eu au moins une vie antérieure dans la peau d’un 😻 Avec @instagregcasper nous nous surnommons et nous faisons appeler d’ailleurs par certains de nos amis « les chats ». .
En cet après-midi automnal durant lequel il pleut des cordes, j’ai décidé de prendre un peu de temps pour me purifier et me régénérer dans ma tanière à moi, l’une de mes passions... les bains ! 😍🛁
Véritable lieu de refuge lorsque j’étais enfant, la salle de bains et plus particulièrement la baignoire sont synonymes aujourd’hui pour moi de bien-être, de connexion, de guidance et de créativité. J’y travaille souvent, j’y capte de lumineux messages parfois, j’y écris (comme maintenant !) beaucoup et je me laisse envelopper par de jolies bulles de bonheur tout en douceur ❤️ .
Je mesure à l’instant même la chance d’avoir de l’eau chaude, une baignoire et une belle salle de bain dans une spacieuse maison Québécoise pendant encore un peu plus de 9 mois 🙏 Merci la Vie pour cette belle opportunité 🌟
Le passage de l’intense chaleur avec coups de soleil à l’humidité ventée + effets de la Pleine Lune nous ont un peu chamboulés énergétiquement avec mon mari aujourd’hui. J’avais donc pour idée de reprendre les « bonnes » habitudes ici au 🇲🇶🌟🇨🇦en nous faisant un grand soin « Reiki & Stone Power » ce soir. .
Pas de hasard car l’Oracle de @doreenvirtue et la Déesse Bastet me disent de : « Travailler auprès des chats. Accorder plus d’attention à votre 🐱Bastet, déesse à la fois lunaire et solaire, oeuvre auprès des amoureux des chats pour prendre soin de leurs compagnons félins (... pour l’autre ! 😉😋)
