Probably one of the best time management strategies there is. The key is to stay in quadrant II, if you focus on the second quadrant you will be able to get the things done that will pay for quadrant I.

We often set goals for ourselves just to reach them for a short time and then bounce back to how the situation was before or even worse.
The misconception is that many goals we set for ourselves are actually not goals, but need to be understood as processes.
➡️ You want to loose weight ➡️ you eat less, move more ➡️ reach your goal ➡️ celebrate ➡️ return to old habits ➡️ wake up one morning, step on the scale or look in the mirror, rub your eyes and decide you need to loose weight.
You want to become fit. ➡️ You decide to run a marathon ➡️ You practice for months and run and make it to the finish line ➡️ you celebrate ➡️ You really deserve a break (don’t you?) ➡️ months later you look into the mirror and wonder how this guy was able to run a marathon
➡️ You work day in - day out and your job stresses you ➡️ You decide you need a vacation ➡️ You go on vacation ➡️ You return tanned and relaxed ➡️ Two weeks later you can hardly remember when your last vacation was
➡️ You decide you need more money ➡️ You change jobs or work towards and achieve a pay raise ➡️ You decide that you really need a new car/ bigger apartment / deserve more expensive clothes / nicer vacation ➡️ Your bank account shows the same figures as before.
On the other had we know people that are happy with their weight and keep it. ⚖️There are people that are fit and stay fit. 💪🏼There are people that enjoy their jobs and are as relaxed before their vacation as they are after their vacation. 🙌🏼There are people that accumulate wealth.💸
Let’s rationalize now how their situation is different from yours and complain about your situation. 🤪🤥
Would it not be interesting to fundamentally understand and do what they do and break out of that cycle? 🤨🎯👊🏼

Oh My is this hard to do!
I know that when things go wrong for me, and they do, my head drops and I feel that I can't carry on.
Most people do!
However, I bounce back quite quickly and have learnt to be good at changing my perspective to reframe my thoughts. I reflect on what happened, take the lesson and move on so that I am soon back at it again.

S E L F A C C E P T A N C E | For years I hated my hair colour. And I mean HATED it. I got teased at school for it (kids are little s**ts aren’t they). During my early teenage years it made me incredibly self concsious and knocked my confidence, I desperately wanted it to be any other colour than it was 😏. Fast forward a few years (well 20 odd actually - geez I’m old!) and I finally learned to not only accept it but embrace it #redheadsrule ✊😝. I believe the first step to confidence is self acceptance. When we learn, and actively work towards, accepting who we are, what we are and celebrating all that we are (even the parts we don’t like right now) we can then start to build real, true and lasting confidence in ourselves. Confidence is a skill that can be learned. And it all starts with embracing you as you are right here, right now 🙌

I want to address something which I heard through my friend in college. I came across this -
Girls are bitchy, over dresses themselves and are so extra.
First things first she is a human and has the liberty to be how she wants to be, these judgments are only fucking your brain up. Get out of this or else you will be miserable forever.
What I understand by bitching is they criticise other people. He even told me they have different faces in front of different people.
Obviously, girls are not boys and boys are not girls.
Boys have different behaviour patterns and girls have different but what I see many boys are doing is they compare a boy behaviour with a girl.
They are too flashy, why they have to overreact to everything, why can't they act normal.
This comes from self-hate, you have these negative and under processed thoughts because you are this person. Which is not growing in any way and trying to put others down.
Girls don't overdress or are even extra, they just don't respect your opinion and care more about being themselves. .
These negative voices are so louder than ever before. They spread this same hate through social media and form more negative thoughts from social media.
These voices need to be addressed and justified with a strong voice and opinion.
Make positivity louder!

They say time heals... Does it? How many of us have evidence that emotional wounds heal the same way as physical wounds? Although depending on the severity of physical wounds medical intervention isn't uncommon. So why do you believe that when you get hurt, you feel that pain and experience the change it brings to your personalities - that you do not need therapeutic intervention. Why do you deprive yourselves the possibility of healing because of the fears you have regarding taking therapy (and believe me you have fears, you might not be aware of them, doesn't mean they dont exist) Why do you want to condition and get your body addicted to feeling pain? What is the payoff? You do not only make a miserable life for yourself by not choosing to get help but you also negatively impact your family, something they dont deserve. Worst is when you carry your pain as a parent. You deprive your child of so much - so much that would lack for him/her and while they grow up to be adults the pass the same on to their children hence the viscous cycle continues. Remember your pain isn't your badge of bravery... Your healing is. It doesn't take much to get get wounded- these things just happen but it takes a lot to heal!
