I played every sport growing up. But the one that I was most passionate about has always been bodybuilding. And just like every other sport it has taken me a couple of years of practice to finally become good at my sport and understand it.
When I first started training my main priority was strength. My mentality was to put up as much weight as possible neglecting form and building proper muscle. I ate whatever and my ego was through the roof and I just wanted to be the strongest guy in my weight class. But as time went on I started researching and talking to others more experienced learning as much as I could.
Today bodybuilding has become one of my passions. I put my ego aside a few years ago and started lifting with proper form. My goal now is aesthetics. To build the best natural physique I possible can. Every day in the gym is a new enjoyable challenge trying to push myself harder than the previous day.
Bodybuilding has become a lifestyle. Inside the gym training and outside maintaining a healthy well balanced “diet”. I hope to continue this lifestyle for as long as I can and to motivate and inspire others along my journey‼️

Slide3️⃣: Plie Squats- essentially this is a compound movement for a leg extension. No, your knees will be fine provided you have the mobility to keep your feet flat
Slide 4️⃣: Reverse Hypers with banded glute work
4x12 reps each exercise in circuit fashion!
Improvement only comes from pushing our limits beyond what we believe our capabilities are. That extra rep, that slight increase in weight, that improvement in speed, going that little bit longer... they all contribute to not only growing a stronger body, but a stronger mind. I won’t lie to you. Right now I feel like giving up on tomorrow already! This is not about fitness and health but about school. I’m totally unmotivated and it definitely affects my overall mindset. No matter how tough it may be I’ll just have to think again, to think positive. It’s hard to find a good attitude when you don’t feel like it or even know where to start. But something I’ve learned is that you should boost yourself and the situation you’re in with positive comments. Like “this will be fun!” or “I can definitively do this, let’s f*cking go!”. I know it feels strange but somehow it works?! Try it the next time you feel unmotivated. It makes you think less and get to work faster! Goodnight to y’all my hardworking beasts. 💪🏼🔥
