Percentual de gordura corporal reduziu de 31,4% para 18% . Em relação a redução de medidas, por exemplo, na cintura eu estava com 69cm e hoje estou com 64cm.   • A little progression of my go-to post-workout keto meal that is surprisingly delicious 😊 🌟Simmer spinach in 1tbsp of olive oil until fully cooked. Add eggs, 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and cook to desired consistency. I typically chop up on avocado on the side. 🌟Macros are 75g fat/49g protein/7g carbs. 🌟Keep in mind I eat around 2600 calories in a fairly small window which typically consists of two large meals and a snack or two, so this comes out to around 950 calories. You may want to make your serving sizes a lot smaller (or bigger) depending on your personal calorie needs. Enjoy!
