  • 🥐🤤MEDIALUNAS CASERAS CALENTITAS SIN MANTECA SIN HOJALDRE, dificultad “0”! Y son súper económicas ✨Rinde 12 u. Medianas.✨ 🥐Esponja Levadura fresca 40 grs Azúcar 1 cdta Harina 0000 1 cdta Leche tibia 100 cc 🥐Masa Huevo 1 Aceite neutro 1 cda Leche 50 cc Esencia de vainilla 1 cdta Sal ½ cdta Azúcar 80 grs Harina 0000 350 grs Ralladura 1/2 naranja 🥐Pintar Huevo 1 + pizca de azúcar . 🥐Almíbar o Mermelada de naranja. . 🥐Pasó a paso🥐 1️⃣Para la esponja, mezlcar la leche tibia+ levadura + 1 cda harina + 1 cda. zúcar. Tapar y reposar por 10 minutos hasta formar una espuma .  2️⃣Para la masa, en un bol poner harina + sal y en el centro hacer un hueco y agregar + huevo+aceite+la leche, la esencia, ralladura y azúcar. Comenzar a integrar y agregar el paso 1 (esponja) 3️⃣Amasa bien hasta lograr una masa lisa y suave, reposar hasta duplicar su tamaño (tapada).Desgasificar la masa y dividir en 3 partes iguales.  4️⃣Estirar tiras y cortar rectangulos, luego estirar los extremos y comenzar a enrollas, pegar la punta con u poquito de agua y doblar como la forma clásica de las medialunas, ponerlas en placa enmantecada con las pinta de cierre hacia abajo y los extremos bien aplastados a la placa. Pincelar con huevo +azúcar y dejar que duplique su volumen. 5️⃣Hornear a 180 grados por 15 minutos aprox.   • Pretty sure when I told my roommate that I would have pizza waiting for her after her shift that this wasn’t what she was expecting... but then again, she’s lived with me for six weeks now so really who’s fault is that?! . Weird and extra AF pizza descriptive of my personality🤷🏼‍♀️ my biggest cooking advice is to just take risks and be weird because life is too short for boring food. This is a thin crust pizza with homemade butternut squash sauce (spices and roasted butternut and carrot and onion and garlic and nutritional yeast blended with broth!), goat cheese, roasted red onions and roasted Brussels with some craisons! Super fall and super healthy super delish... everything a Steph pizza should be😛

Йогурт 120г( или не жирная сметана) +базилик 1/5ч.л+сок лимона 1ч.л+чеснок 1зуб.(или сухой). 2. Соус с маринованными огурчиками.(к мясу и птице🔥). Йогурт 120г+2зуб.чеснока измельчённого+ 2-3корнишона мелко нарезанных+соль/перец. 3. Горчично-сливочный соус. ♨️Идеален для курицы👌🏻.Сливки 300мл смешать с 1/4 ст. Куриного бульона. Поставить на медленный огонь и варить до загущения. Добавить 2ст.л горчицы и соль. 4. Грибной соус мы любим его с котлетками🔥4шампиньона обжарить с 1/2небольшой луковицы. Уложить в чашу блендера. Натереть 30г сыра, добавить йогурт 2ст.л, соль перец. Вжик и готово. 5. Ореховый соус -для рыбы👌🏻♨️.грецкий орех 120-150г замочить в холодной воде г-на ночь. Переложить орехи в чашу блендера. Добавить сок 1/3 лимона, вода 100мл, чеснок 3зуб., соль. Вжик и готово. 6. Томатный соус для мяса(без термообработки).🍅томат 1шт освободить от кожицы по желанию, перец сладкий 1/4шт, зелень 2веточки, лук красный 1/4шт,чеснок 1-2зуб.,масло оливковое 1ч.л(бальзамический соус по желанию) .измельчаем блендером (моль перец по вкусу). 7. Соус из авокадо (гуакамоле) обожаю с ним рыбу , да и просто к утренним тостам💥.авокадо спелый 1/2 размято вилкой и залить соком лайма или лимона, чеснок 2зуб, перец Чили 1/5,40г кинзы (петрушки), 1ч.л оливкового масла, все вместе вжик🔥👍🏼. .   • GINGER + TURMERIC CARROT SOUP 🔥 have I mentioned lately how much I love my vitamix? Just in case, I love it SO MUCH. Worth the investment not only to whip up creamy smoothies daily, but also to make soup without technically cooking anything. Yup. Because of the powerful motor in the blender, you can throw raw and cold ingredients in, to magically make hot soup. Here’s how you can DO IT 👇🏼 16 oz. carrots, peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces // 12 oz. vegetable broth // 12 oz. coconut, almond or cashew milk (unsweetened) // 3 gloves of garlic // 1 inch nub of peeled ginger // 1 inch piece of lemongrass (optional) // 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder // 2 tbsp. tahini // 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper // salt and pepper to taste. METHOD: Throw all the ingredients above into your @vitamix and blend on high until heated and steam comes out the top and the soup is a nice texture. If too thick, add more broth. Pour into bowls and garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds, chives or scallions and gluten-free sourdough croutons made from @breadsrsly. This soup is AMAZING when you are under the weather. 🥕🙌🏼

  • Let’s talk about the TEA 🍵 Not the kind you drink, but the kind you speak. The toxic kind. I’ve been noticing lately how much time I spend with other people is just talking about others (that are not there) and making judgements without prior knowledge or context of the situation. Gossip is really just the spread of negativity and it’s hurtful to everyone involved. Sadly, we all do it. We open our mouths and our ears and let the negativity pour. I’ve been reflecting on these questions: Why do I gossip? Does it make me feel powerful? Does it make me the center of the conversation without the conversation being about me? Do I do it to make myself look better than others? - but what if instead of asking these questions to myself I start asking the person (or myself) when they begin gossiping “why are you telling me this?” or using my energy to make it known that I will no longer tolerate the tearing down of another just for my entertainment. The next time I sit down to drink tea with a friend, the only kinda tea that will be shared is the good, soul soothing tea. None of that toxic stuff ✨ happy Sunday!

  • 💚 PESTO PASTA 💚 Sometimes you just can’t beat it 🤷‍♀️! ——— So here we have: 🍝 A mix of 35g @aldiuk soybean spaghetti and 35g @barilla wholewheat spaghetti (makes it much higher protein whilst still feeling like ‘normal pasta’ as I’m not the biggest fan of the soybean alone!) 🥦 Lotsa veggies (broccs, mushrooms, red onion, peppers & courgettes) 🧀 And then to make the creamiest pesto sauce I just used 2 tbsps of Tesco red. fat pesto and 2 tbsps of Philadelphia! ——— YES PLSSSSS 🕺

  • . SALMON FILLET & TAHINI DIP . I love Salmon and I love tahini, so this recipe has it all going on for me. It’s quick, easy and full of essential nutrients that leave you feeling beautifully satisfied . If you are trying to control your weight then you may wish to cut back on the rice and just serve with a large salad . Ingredients for 1 * 1 salmon fillet * Olive oil for rubbing on to fillet * Juice of 1 lemon * 60g or 1/3 cup of brown rice or quinoa * Cucumber * Handful of chopped parsley * 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds * 1 tbsp tahini * Water . To make * Rub some olive oil on to each side of the salmon fillet and pan fry for a few minutes either side or until the middle becomes a lighter pink * Cook the brown rice or quinoa as per the instructions * In a separate little dish mix the tahini with the juice of 1/4 lemon and enough water to make a sauce * Once the rice/quinoa is cooked mix in the chopped cucumber, pomegranate and chopped parsley and spoon on to a plate * Place the cooked salmon fillet on top of the rice * Place the small dish of sauce on the side along with a lemon wedge * Either pour the sauce or use to dip .
