Happy Waffle Wednesday! Can’t believe the week is already half way through! I feel like time keeps going by faster as I get older. I realize more than ever how you have to appreciate every moment and do what truly makes you happy 😊. So in the spirit of doing what makes me happy, I made these pumpkin waffles for breakfast since I love everything pumpkin and fall. Details 👉🏼 1/2 cup @kodiakcakes protein pancake mix, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, and lots of cinnamon topped with almond butter, cinnamon, and hemp seeds and served with raspberries
If it wasn’t oatmeal season before, it’s oatmeal season now 🍂
(Let’s be real, it’s alwayssss oats season 😋). Been loving the @pescience vegan line since cutting dairy 🐮 and there is just something about chocolate and peanut butter in the morning 🙌🏼 here we have:
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop #PEScience vegan Chocolate Bliss protein
1/4 cup warm wild blueberries
1/2T ground flaxseed
1T natural peanut butter
*make oats in microwave with water or almond milk then add the protein + flax and stir. Too with warm blueberries and peanut butter! Put in mason jar to be extra*

Les comparto el desayuno que hice hace algunos días. 🍓 Les juro que es más sencillo de lo que parece.
En un bowl pequeño mezclé:
1/4 de harina de coco
2 claras de huevo
1/3 o 1/2 de plátano de seda triturado
1/2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
Un chorito de esencia de vainilla
Chispas de chocolate (70% cacao)
Lo metí al microondas por 2:30 minutos y listo.
Para la mermelada de fresa solo puse fresas bien maduras con un poco de agua y stevia en una ollita. Mientras se van cocinando, las vas aplastando hasta que queden como mermelada.
Lo acompañé con frutita fresca y quedó demasiado rico todo. 🍓 Háganlo y prueben qué tal 🍓

In a sealable jar (bonus points if it’s an almost empty jar of @georgiagrinders pecan butter), mix together 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp pumpkin purée, 1 tbsp chia seeds, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. HEALTHIER TORCHY’S BREAKFAST TACOS FOR HALF THE CALORIES?! I’m all about eating foods that you crave, but it’d be even better if you could save money AND not consume all of the unwanted calories that inevitably comes with eating out. 1/4 c oats mixed with 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked overnight) a scoop of collagen, 1/2 tbsp maca and pink salt cooked on high for about 5 mins/until thick then turn heat to low and add milk of choice then whisk in an egg (well). let cook on LOW for a few mins while whisking every so often until it reaches desired thickness. (once the egg is whisked in there, you do not want to cook on high because you’ll end up with scrambled oats and that’s not what we’re looking for). topped with vanilla @coyo_uk manuka honey, figs, strawberries, tahini and bee pollen

Today’s breakfast was 2 big kiwis 🥝, oatmeal made with oats, a smashed banana 🍌, flaxseeds, pea protein powder, 2 dates (to make it sweeter 😚) & oat milk and topped with dark chocolate, cinnamon and berries (more than pictured) 🍓🍃
I woke up super bloated yesterday but still decided to wear a tight dress... that was not very smart 🤦🏻♀️ I spent all day feeling very self conscious about my bloated belly 🤦🏻♀️ I’m definitely not going to make the same mistake today 😅
