  • ~Vanilla Cinnamon Collagen Protein Oats~ A perfect breakfast in my book 🙆🏻‍♂️ These oats are so tasty and keep me super energized in the morning💯 It's been a very busy week (sorry for not posting on here much!), but heading to New York tonight for a wedding this weekend and I'm so excited to catch up with all my friends over there and eat all the good food 🙌🏻 . . . ▶️Cook 1/2 cup gf rolled oats @bobsredmill + lots of cinnamon + about 1/4 tsp vanilla + 2 tsp raw honey @stakichinc + pinch of salt (important!) + 1 scoop collagen @tonicproducts (use code KALEFORNIA for a discount) + 1 cup cashew milk @foragerproject + topped with sliced apple 🍎+ mega omeg trail mix @powerupsnacks + bee pollen @stakichinc + shredded coconut + hemp seeds + granola butter @kweenandco

  • I had a big resentment towards maca before. I always thought it tasted like dirt. Fast forward to today and all I can say are good things about it. In fact, used some in my bowl this morning. Sometimes, you just have to give something a few tries before you end up enjoying it. Keep that in mind the next time you turn your nose up at something. Never give up on it straight away. Introduce it in new ways or look for new recipes to help you find the best way for you to enjoy it. 🥣 . Maca Ginger Oats 1/2 cup oats 1 tsp maca powder 1/4 heaping tsp ginger powder 1 tbsp ground flax seed Pinch of salt 1 mashed ripe banana 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk 🌱 . Mix everything except banana together. Allow oats to soak overnight and mix in banana before serving. You can eat as is or if you want them warm just pop in the microwave for about a minute to heat up. 🙌🏽

Andate in cucina e trovate solo pollo arrosto o riso bollito … Ma c’è una particolarità … entrambi sono lasciati scoperti sul tavolo da tre giorni! (non si può avere tutto dalla vita😁) Cosa scegli?💣 Innanzitutto sia l’aspetto che l’odore non favoriscono il pollo come scelta. Quest’ultimo ha un aspetto consumato e all’olfatto un “profumo” decisamente sgradevole. Il riso d’altro canto risulta praticamente “normale” non sviluppa odori particolarmente accentuati ed alla semplice vista sembra praticamente normale. La scelta corretta? Non è ovvio ma … è proprio il pollo!!!🍗🍗🍗 Gli alimenti di origini animale si degradano e si decompongono, non serve avere la cucina più pulita del mondo. E’ovviamente una fase biologica che avviane dopo la morte, batteri e funghi presenti nell’aria si stabiliscono negli alimenti alterandone le proprietà, la consistenza, l’odore ed ovviamente il sapore! Ma perché la scelta giusta è proprio il pollo? Il riso risulta pericoloso per la salute come alimento (ovviamente in queste condizioni!) Il riso andato a male contiene un batterio chiamato ‘Bacillus Cereus’ che il pollo non presenta; E sfortunatamente le spore di questo batterio sono resistenti al calore! La cottura perciò non ha alcun effetto sul batterio, una volta che il riso è cotto ed è lasciato a temperatura ambiente per qualche giorno, le spore si trasformano in batteri attivi e danno formazione a una tossina che può portare a vomito, diarrea, collasso del fegato e nei casi più pericolosi addirittura la morte. Quindi? Scegliete il Pollo! Vecchio, Brutto e Cattivo ma ti salva la vita! No tengo muchas fotos de antes de mis cambios físicos porque la verdad era bastante insegura, por alguna razón aunque me sentía relativamente bien no estaba tan satisfecha con lo que veía en el espejo, así que poco usaba trajes de baño 👙 y cualquier otra vestimenta donde mostrara mucho 🤷🏻‍♀️ . Hace más de 8 años incorpore Herbalife Nutrition, mejore hábitos nutricionales, comprendí la importancia de la buena nutrición y trabajar por mi bienestar sin querer me dio la seguridad de verme y sentirme como quiero y booom 🔥, supe que era el momento de ayudar a otros 💪🏻 . Siempre se puede mejorar así que me pongo metas cortas y compito con mi propio progreso 🤗, al menos me gusta cuando veo a esta chica en el espejo 😂 .
