Yukk kita kupas satu per satu yaa alasan di atas : 1. Tidak ada yg membimbing Diet tanpa arah ya coach sebutnya, Punya nutrisi, produk lengkap, tapi ga ada yg buatin pola makan. Gatau harus gimana saat2 galau ngemil melanda. Kira2 badannya makin kurus apa jadi makin melar?? 😂😂 *jawab sendiri di dalam hati aja yahh wkwk 2. Goal yg ga realistis Contoh : aku pengen turun 30kg dalam 1 bulan. Make sense ga sih?? Nimbunnya aja 30kg dalam 2 tahun masa mau nya diilangin dalam 1 bulan. Yg ada stress sendiri karena keinginnnya ga tercapai, atau bahkan masuk RS karena dietnya gila2an 😱😱 3. Belum punya ilmu langsing-sehat Awal diet 1-7 hari : semangatnya uda kayak pejuang kemerdekaan. Turun 2kg 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Habis itu uda seneng makannya banyak, katanya uda turun ini ahh.. Padahal jangka panjang kita itu apa sih??? Sehat kan? Ingat langsing itu cm tujuan sementara yaa.. 4. Ga tahu bedanya makanan dan nutrisi. - Aku diet makan buah turun kok. Iyess turun pasti, coba aja gausa makan apa2, buah terus tiap hari. 10rh kemudian? Bisa kena diabet deh.. kok bs kan ga ada gulanya? Siapa bilang? Buah ada gulanya keless tp gula alami 😝😝 tp kan tetep aja yak ad gulanya, berlebih ga bagus juga. - aku diet ga makan karbo ahh.. Hellooo???? Badan kita butuh nutrisi (40% karbo, 30% protein 30% lemak). Mau diet atau mau bikin badan rusak? 😂😂 5. Ga sarapan atau menunya salah. Ga sarapan hanya akan membuat napsu makan menjadi 2x lebih besar di siang hari ya gaes. Tetottt jd makin melar deh malahan. Kalau sarapan yg salah yaa tau sendiri dehh yaa kalorinya makin numpuk di pagi hari. Shake 150 kalori dibanding dengan nasi uduk 600kalori 😪😪 . . Mau tau cara mengatasinya agar diet berhasil??   • Winter "We tend to consume approximately 200 additional calories per day as the sun starts to set sooner. Much to our dismay, the days are much shorter in winter, meaning there is less sunlight (and heat) to enjoy. This lack of sunlight can also affect our hormones (in particular our sleep hormones) That feeling of sleepiness, especially when it is not actually time to sleep, can result in a lack of energy and motivation. The higher melatonin levels tend to increase appetite. It goes without saying that we all feel much less motivated to go to the gym in winter because we would much rather eat warm comfort foods (and are far too busy binge-watching Friends for the fiftieth time). Here are some of my tips to stay on track- 1. Don't stress about it Be kind and gentle to yourself and slowly ease back into it. Don't deprive your body. This will only create a more difficult state to lose weight in. 2. Avoid fad diets Before you start that five-day juice cleanse I advise you to stay away from all fad diets and focus on eating a balanced diet instead. 3. Make healthy food swaps Make healthy food swaps instead of trying to ditch them altogether, Swap your milk chocolate for dark, and add blood sugar stabilisers like cinnamon and almonds to meals. 4. Fill up on whole foods Increase your consumption of quality calories with a high satiety rating. Put simply, consuming steak or another source that is high in protein, increasing your veggie portions and having soup are all effective methods of making you feel fuller without adding on the pounds. 5. Avoid products with health claims such as 'low fat' To help avoid gaining winter weight, avoid the colourful labels and the fancy jargon that exists on these labels, particularly the fallacies such as 'low in fat' because that just usually means 'low in nutrition and high in nasties', Try to eat a diet rich in whole foods and low in preservatives, drink plenty of water and make sure you keep up with exercise as when you exercise you tend to crave healthier foods. 6. Plan ahead To make healthy eating easier, try preparing one or all of your meals and snacks for the day ahead.
