  • We poured a little spice on our tempo run today. We ran 6400 meters in 20:04 by going 4 laps at 76 (5:05 for the first 1600), 2 laps in 2:20, 2 laps in 2:40, 2 laps in 2:20, 2 laps in 2:40, 4 laps in 5:00. The boys did a great job. Aaron then had 5x600 in 1:45 with Ben on pacing duty through 400 of each one. Very pleased with the day. Love working with these guys! #HOKAONEONE #timetofly #coaching #nazelite

I stand 8+ hours 5/week walk 2miles to get to work and jog almost 2 miles 3x a week...wearing the right kind of shoes are of the utmost importance to reduce fatigue and prevent injuries!! Loving these #hokaoneone for my walks...saw my friend @sandee_manuel in a pair at @livinglightculinary and couldn't wait to grab myself a pair (a year later LOL) and the @brooksshoes have great grip for my lil #trailrun ...all in all #worthit 👟🏃🏽‍♀️💸

She was only gonna run 10k and ended up with a new sub 2h half marathon PR 🎉 2nd time I paced her on a half and again a new PR 😝😂 Congrats Topperke 👊🙌🤘 The next 10k I ran in about 45-46’, 4:30-4:36/km (7:15-7:24/mi). Nie myślałem w ogóle o zawodach w tym roku. @robertfaron 😁 nie długo potrzebował żeby na mówić mnie na "przygodę" czyli na wyjazd w Góry Sowie na Bieg Gór Sowich gdzie Robert miał biec półmaraton i zajął 3 miejsce💪💪👏👏👏. W ramach treningu i na spontanie zdecydowałem się na drugi dzień wziąć udział w Mistrzostwach Polski Weteranów na 9,6km. Ponad 800 biegaczy🙆🏻‍♂️😲😲wzięło udział. Bieg nie pobiegłem na 100%, po kontuzjach zacząłem dopiero treningi, lekkością i wyszedł dobry bieg🤗💪 46 miejsce open i 9 miejsce w kategorii M30. Jestem mega szczęśliwy i zadowolony z wyniku 🙆🏻‍♂️🤗🤗💪💪😎 #bieganiepogórach #górasowia #góry #góralbiega #garmin5x #attiq #garmin #biegacz #biegam #hokaoneoneatr3 #hoka #hokaoneone #biegamwgorach

I have lots of work to put in to get where I want to be. Cada vez son más personas las que se pasan a correr en la montaña y está bueno recordar en que se diferencia el calzado aunque actualmente las diferencias son cada vez menos. . . 👉 La principal diferencia la tenemos en la SUELA, donde en trail buscamos que sea más técnica y con mejor agarre ( rocas, pasto, ramas, agua, barro ) y en Calle lo primordial es tener un mejor contacto con el suelo sin perder velocidad ni tracción! . . 👉 En la MEDIA SUELA no encontramos muchas diferencias, las marcas por lo general usan los mismos compuestos, las variaciones van a depender más de la filosofía de la marca ( maximalista, minimalista, con o sin drop) . . 👉 MESH , es donde vamos a encontrar también diferencias importantes, la de TRAIL es más resistente ya que se usa en terreno más duro, donde las piedras o ramas pueden llegar a romperlo, la de Calle busca ligereza y respirabilidad, para mantener el pie más seco! . .
