I’ve had quite a few people reach out to me saying I should be happy with my placing, especially being my first National show. I want to explain something... I am DAMN proud of our placing and couldn’t be more humbled by taking Top 5 at my first national show, and 3rd time ever competing! But you have to understand that is the not the goal that I set for myself.

Day 24/80 of ROUND 2 ✅ This was my least favorite workout last round and I still don’t really like it. BUT I made consistent progress each week and have been able to lift heavier except for today. 🤷🏼♀️ I was excited to finish phase 1 AAA with all my weight increases but my right shoulder had other plans. Soooooooo I went from 15’s last week to 5’s today. 😤 Hopefully the clicking shoulder is a temporary issue. Two more workouts and phase 1 is complete! #80dayobsession

I’ve had this pre-work for about a week or so and I can say it’s in my top 3 flavours that ghost makes. It’s packed with 250mg of caffeine and not to mention it’s tastes amazing!
