  • A few goals, I keep to myself🤐. A handful of goals, I share with my close tribe👯. And then there are goals I 🗣️SHOUT TO THE WORLD for all to witness if they choose! It does not matter who knows your goals. Each person had a different way of approaching them. What matters is taking time⏰ to SET GOALS in the first place, then following through to act on them. 2019 is around the corner and I'm starting to plan it out. My big, longer-term goals and short-term goals. How do I do it? Well, I go with the fundamental ✔️SMART goal procedure. Each letter stands for something. S-Specific M-Measureable A-Achieveable R-Relevant T-Time-based Be specific. Make it measureable⚖️ to track progress. Is it attainable based on where you are in your life? Is it relevant🧐 and realistic? Set a timeline/deadline📅 for when you want to do it. Here's my next example for a SMART goal into 2019: "I will stick to my plan beginning 11/18/18 for daily training and strategic eating to compete at a local bodybuilding show in spring/summer 2019." This is not as defined as I would like, but it's where I'm at currently and I'm really excited🤩 about it! Before January, I plan to write out my top 5 goals for the year. And then, I get more specific from there. Take some time to start reviewing this year and planning for new goals. You'll be amazed how it can impact your mind and success.
