  • LEGS + TRICEPS💯💪🏻 As always, I had an intense gym session. In which I was targeting legs and triceps. I love training the two on the same day. 1️⃣Tricep Rope Pushdown: This full range of motion places emphasis within the fibers of triceps, making it a great exercise. Also, a great alternative to the close grip bench press, which might be a little challenging. 2️⃣ Deadlifts: The king of all lifts is the deadlift, because of how many muscles are being engaged in this movement. From your upper body to your lower body, the deadlift targets both. More specifically, the deadlift will help improve core stability/strength and improve your posture. Another interesting fact that I’ll throw in is that a few repetitions of properly done deadlifts will produce an increased amount of testosterone, as well as growth hormone. Both of which will help with muscle growth 3️⃣ Squats: Right up there with squats, there are many muscles being engaged in this movement. Squats are known for primarily targeting the glutes, hamstrings, and quads. However, they do much more. One huge benefit from squats is muscle building hormones being stimulated while performing this movement. 4️⃣Tricep Kickback: Triceps consist of three muscles, lateral, medial, and long head. These are targeted with this movement.
