It wasn’t until about 4 years ago that I began liking eggs. Now I wonder what the heck I ate for breakfast every morning? Was I really living off of cereal and toast? How do you like your eggs in the morning?? 🍳
As much as variety is one of the keys to healthful eating, it’s also pretty important to have staple meals that you can rely on. After coming back from a weekend of lots of drinking, cake, pizza, and ice cream(for breakfast) I’m feeling pretty lethargic and my staple meals such as eggs and avocado toast, smoothies, and sandwiches are what get my gut feeling happy again. Plus, after a weekend away it’s always nice to know you don’t have to put too much effort into eating while you play “catch-up” with all the responsibilities you left behind while you were gone.
