〔 Very Good Morning at Over Easy 〕* *
OVER EASY (SUNSHINE+CLOUD)
OPEN: 9:00〜11:00 (morning time)
Bacon and eggs... classic brekkie made with organic free run eggs and Mennonite naturally cured bacon. Psst... We're taking the day off to drink Caesars at @caesarfest🎉 , Sunday brunch will be back next week.
I’ve always loved breakfast food but what I’ve eaten for breakfast has definitely changed as I’ve learned what actually helps fuel my body best. I used to always order pancakes 🥞, French toast, crepes or the sweetest thing on the menu wherever we went. Did you grow up loving all the carbs + sugar for breakfast too? 💁🏻♀️ I honestly never realized I was missing out on protein with almost every breakfast 🤷🏻♀️🍳 but I do remember that without fail I would go into a food coma after going out for breakfast or even at school mid morning after having a bagel, English muffin, pop tart or eggo waffles as I ran to the bus. Yes...most mornings I ate breakfast oh the bus, because I was that late girl running for the bus 🚌 every. single. morning. (I drove my parents nuts!! 🤣) Anyways, learning what to eat for breakfast that will fill me up and leave me with sustainable energy has been such a game changer for me!! Yes, I still have those days where I indulge, but as soon as the breakfast comma starts to set in I remember why I start most days with a healthy but delicious breakfast instead! Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring — this plate looks pretty darn delicious to me!! 😍 Do you eat breakfast most days? What do you eat? Tell me in the comments!!👇🏻

One of these breakfasts is not like the others #OverEasy
My first venture into sous vide begins today. I'm starting with some steak. I will be cooking these babies at 139.5 degrees for approximately 45 to 50 minutes. I will pull mine at 45 and Elizabeths at 50. Wish me luck.
