Sweet potato egg nests 🤗 I feel like such a hipster with this breakfast 😜 Inspired by my girl @starinfinitefood because hers always look amazingggg 🙌🏻 Basically making it my life goal to see how many ways I can make sweet potatoes 😂 This one is definitely a new fav 😋 The noodles got soooo crispy which was so good with the fried egg 😍 I would’ve thought this meal would’ve been super complicated but it honestly wasn’t! I just sautéed the noodles then formed egg baskets and cracked the eggs in 👌🏻 You need to add this to your menu if you’re a sweet potato fan!! I did a little behind the scenes of exactly how I made it in my stories because idk about you guys but I like seeing how people make dishes that look complicated! Let me know if you like it and I’ll do it more 🤗 Have a wonderful day guys! ——————————————————————————————— #breakfast details 👉🏻 1 medium sized sweet potato spiralized and then sautéed in ghee over low medium heat. Formed egg baskets and then cracked the eggs in and cooked until done. Added my go to red pepper flakes and some micro greens 👌🏻

Summer, friends and Zoe Juice... what more could you ask for?
Making leftovers work for you can be a huge time and money saver. For me it is about making a remix rather than a repeat of the same meal. Lunch is a Bbq ranch salad, with a lot of the same elements of last nights dinner with the addition of some new ingredients, power greens, avocado, a little @tessemaes ranch. New meal, who dis? 😋
Maionese de abacate 🥑 .

Simple things in life that never disappoint: that first sip of morning coffee. Clothes fresh from the dryer. Puppies in the park. Peanut butter cups! Bubble baths. Avocado toast 🥑.
Made this plate like this after yoga this morning (hadn’t been in over a month and it felt so good to stretch it out! 🧘♀️ ) 👉🏻 sourdough bread toasted and topped with garlic ghee + smashed avocado + feta • sautéed spinach /red pepper & parmesan • crispy garlic ghee fried egg 🍳.
What “never disappoints” would you add to this list? 🥂🌅🍕
I’m wrapping up some afternoon work at home, and then heading into the city for a meeting. Wishing you all the BEST Thursday! 😘
"Hmmmm, chocolate pudding!! Izzy, Izzy, hummus making chocolate pudding!!" Hearing that squeal of delight from my 6yr old fills me with joy, especially when it's followed by "are you really mummy? Please tell me it's your avocado one" from my 8yr old. . . Yup, you read that right. My kids get excited about me making chocolate pudding out of avocado. In all fairness, I get excited about making it, but more so about eating it 😆😆. This stuff is so easy, thick, creamy and chocolatey, it's hard to believe it's so full of goodness! My kids favourite way to eat it is frozen as a creamy ice cream. For me it's defrosted and topped with fruit. So, for the recipe you will need
8 small avocados
1Ltr coconut milk (the thick tinned type)
1/3 cup raw honey (we sell lovely local honey instore) use maple syrup if you don't eat honey
3 cups pitted dates (soaked until soft and drained)
1.5 cups cocoa (replace for light unroasted carob powder for AIP)
1/4 cup vitalising superpower
1 cup of your favourite protein powder (use collagen for AIP if you are not vegan)
Blend until completely smooth and silky
Try not to eat it all straight away!!
my favorite lazy lunch made from already prepped goods😏 steamed whole grain brown rice + roasted sweet potato 🍠 + brussel sprouts + 1 scrambled pasture raised organic egg 🍳 I added some coconut aminos and sriracha sauce to the finished product and demolished🤤 headed to get a quick workout in and then I’ll be coaching the last 3 classes tonight at @otf.northroundrock 💪🏻 come see me!

One of my goals is to help encourage open lines of dialogue between my clients and their employers. No one should have to hide in shame or be made to feel guilty for situations out of their control. We need to fight to remove the stigma around digestive conditions.
Chocolate covered cashew butter bites😋
If you love the nut-chocolate combo you are going to be obsessed with these! They’re so easy to whip up and sooooo yum. You can also customize these by switching to your favorite nut butter or sticky sweetener too. Here’s my recipe!
2 T of cashew butter
3/4 T @traderjoes creamed honey
1 tsp almond flour
splash of vanilla
pinch of sea salt
1/3 @loving_earth creamy chocolate bar
1 tsp coconut oil (yields 9 bites)
Mix together cashew butter, creamed honey, vanilla, salt and almond flour (if substituting regular honey or maple syrup, add more almond flour). Roll into balls the size of a teaspoon. Stick those in the freezer for a half an hour. When you are ready to take those out of the freezer, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Dip each cashew butter ball into the chocolate, and stick those in the fridge until they have set!
Hope you guys enjoy, let me know if you try these little treats out 🤗
