Tuesday’s speedwork went better than expected (3 x 1 mi: 6:38, 6:22, 6:10)! I guess spending half the day stuck behind a microscope made me a little antsy. Also this is the first run in a while that it hasn’t been 90+ degrees, so that helped. 😅 Happy Wednesday!! 💪🏼🖤 By @hangryrunnergirl

I had an amazing race at the Music City Triathlon this morning!! The weather was awesome and I felt great!
My time was 1:18:09 and I won my age group!
I felt really fast on the swim and run (my 5K was 21:19). My bike was better than usual, so I’m really happy with my results!
I think the ONLY real thing that changed for me in track was mindset. I have always worked hard, but part of me was always “trying my best” and hoping to keep up.
Now I’m focused, determined, and have the confidence to know that I am capable of achieving any goal I set ✨✨.
BELIEVE ENTIRELY IN YOURSELF! Your mindset it the only thing in your way, but YOU have the ability to let it be your catalyst instead of your barrier 💪 By @_charihawkins

Had to adapt my plan this weekend after hurting my back but it was the perfect chance to do a trainer session on my new bike & a run afterwards. Doing something different made the run a lot of fun!! Gearing up for @city2surf in a few weeks time! Heartbreak hill still scares me 😳

Most memorable quote - "Start where you stand, finish what you start." Wow... I can't believe I've reached this day. I never thought I could do this kind of cardio/strength-training program on my own, with no class or gym membership to go to. Next to running a marathon, this has definitely tested my will power. To get up and press play when I was sore, under the weather, unmotivated, busy (or any combination of the above) was a true test of whether or not I could find the mental strength to do what I said I would do. I'm so proud to say I completed 80 Day Obsession! Coming up next... Marathon training!!! 🏁💪🏼🎉

Dia bertanya sambil ngetawain saya. 😅😅😅
Awalnya agak bingung aja sik mau jawab pertanyaan dia. Lebih tepatnya ga nyangka klo dia bakal tanya seperti itu ke saya. Karena dia sangat tidak suka lari. Hehe Bahkan kami pernah berantem hanya gara-gara saya maksa dia untuk ikut lari. Dan cuma berhasil satu kali aja.. hehe 😁
Akhirnya saya jawab sebisa saya dan sesuai dengan apa yang saya rasakan setelah berlari atau lagi berlari. Hehe
Kenapa saya suka bilang "Keringat Bahagia" disetiap pelarian saya??
Entah kenapa saya selalu happy klo lagi berlari.. setiap keringat yang keluar bikin saya merasa ringan dan selalu semangat! 😊
Dan yang paling utama adalah saya happy karena terjauh dari sakit serta, bikin wajah dan tubuh jadi AWET MUDA. Berat badan juga jadi stabil. Hihi..

I was told that man was meant to run with no shoes or socks on, barefoot. It interested me. 🤔
I was then told by everybody, including my college professors that it was a bad idea. So me being me, I decided it was a great idea to investigate. 🤫.
I ran 26.2 miles in under four hours at the St. Louis Marathon. I also ran The Lewis and Clark Half Marathon and The @themiamimarathon Half Marathon in under two hours. BAREFOOT. 👣😉

A #kbswing is meant to load the hips. Our hips catch the kettlebell, then through rapid hip extension with a braced core, the kettlebell floats up to its destination.
