It took me a while after baby # 2 to feel confident enough to run in a sports bra. When it got hot outside I realized that I didn’t care what anyone else thought. I started running in just a sports bra because it felt so much cooler.
I’ve become so much more self-confident since having my boys and I think it’s definitely helped me become a better runner.
5 miles in 41:10 tonight. I think I’m finally feeling like I can run another marathon in less than 4 weeks!!
Sooo I thought I might be cold on my run tonight... that is sweat glistening and dripping... 😅 also I set a PR for my 5rep max on bench and I'm pretty sure a PR for my 5k (though my watch died with .3 mile to go... but I had a good pace)

He’s the definition of a warrior.
He has cerebral palsy. That’s ok, he is super awesome and smart.
He toughs it out everyday...he inspires me to be stronger and to do better. Throughout my fitness journey I want to always represent for him and the #cerebralpalsyawareness

First run since my half marathon earlier this summer. We have weekly family fall runs here in Anchorage that I figured was a good way to ease back in. A nice 2.10 mile run at a 11’40” pace, which definitely surprised me. Looks like I didn’t lose all my speed. 풀대비로 LSD 20K 처음으로 달성했는데 gps튀어서 갈때 5키로 올때 10키로 찍혔....하.....
천근만근 납덩이가 되버린 다리만이 20k 달린걸 증명할 뿐....😵
너무 이쁜 가을하늘 덕분에 혼자서도 지겹지않게 달릴 수 있다.
너무 힘들어서 걷고 싶어지면 하늘 한 번 보고 또 힘들면 하늘보고
사실 이쁜 하늘 사진찍는단 핑계로 잠시 멈춰설 수 있었던게 신의한수💕
When someone ask me why I run so much, or what I am running away from? The only answer I can give them is, that one day they will understand.
I break, I get injured, I patch myself, heal and bounce back.
That’s the beautiful part of each medal I earned, what I had to endure to obtain it !!
Right now I have a inflamation & Scar Tissue on my glute, so I am on Kinesio Taping that the purpuse is to lift the skin to create a small space between the muscle and dermis layers. That space takes the pressure off swelling or injured muscles, allows smooth muscle movement and makes space for drainage and blood flow.
The best in my running yet to come !! Stay Tuned !😜

¡Esa es la parte más hermosa de cada medalla que me gano, lo que tuve que soportar para obtenerla!
En este momento tengo una inflamación y tejido cicatricial en mi gluteo, así que estoy en Kinesio Taping que el objetivo es levantar la piel para crear un pequeño espacio entre las capas de músculo y dermis. Ese espacio elimina la presión de los músculos hinchados o lesionados, permite el movimiento del músculo liso y deja espacio para el drenaje y el flujo sanguíneo.
Lo mejor de mi correr todavia esta por venir! Mantente Sintonizado 😜
