The human spirit is indomitable. No one can ever say you must not run faster than this or jump higher than that. There will never be a time when the human spirit will not be able to better existing records. -Roger Bannister #runnersglobe
If you could see inside my heart, you would see that it overflows with love bigger than what the smile on my face shows.
One year, six months, three years, ten or more ... love doesn’t count time or credit served. It’s not a destination. It’s being in the moment and living your best life with the person you love most. Anywhoooo ... that’s MY opinion. Hats off to all my friends far and wide who choose to love the one they’re with, regardless of how long, regardless of ups and downs (we all have them), regardless of whether you choose to outwardly show it or not, love is love is love. ✌🏼❤️
‘Eighty percent of success is showing up’ 🏃♀️
Show up when your tired
Show up when your energised
Show up on good legs and on sore legs......you just have to show up 👊
Track Tuesday running on tired legs wiped that smile clean from my face 😝

An early start is worth it for views like this!
Short 7km to test the calf before the half this weekend.
#nofilter good morning!
Very tired because of lack of sleep tonight. Have a nice day.
Hoping to have a relaxing run today but it's very windy so maybe I'll have to go to the gym on treadmill
Super fun night racing the sunset at North Table tonight with #ArvadaRunners — sadly our group photos were not the best but we snagged one good sunset shot. Love ❤️ these mountain ⛰ goat 🐐 runners 🏃🏻 🏃🏻♀️!
Amy, Tara & Melanie enjoyed the fabulous & fun Seawheeze Half Marathon in Vancouver this weekend. While it was a little rainy this year, they reported it’s the most scenic race they’ve ever run. Plus, it’s a huge party all weekend & Lululemon has so much swag & really takes care of runners! Sounds like an awesome event worth going back to! Great job to all! 💙💙💙
Training for a race should be called The Hunger Games. #RunEatRepeat

[Excuse the uncalled for potato 🥔 quality] Chillier run this evening, more so than usual, which is perfectly fine with me. Ran 3.21mi straight through trying out not warming up and felt fine. Feel like I’ll still try to do more dynamic warm ups for any speed or tempo runs but these easy/long runs may be as simple as get up and go 🏃🏻

Well there it goes another marathon done and another PB to celebrate 2.41.40 in Berlin today. I really get a savage buzz from events like this, 40,000 people on the line all with different goals but all sharing the common goal of just crossing that finish line.
In all honesty when I started this marathon running back in 2006 I probably never envisaged a day when I could run a time like this. It hasn’t been easy and it’s taken a lot of hard work and perseverance but I do it because I love it and all I ever do when starting the training for days like today is try and enjoy the training and just run faster than I’ve ever done before, I don’t set specific targets nor do I set limits.
There is many people to thank and ye know who ye are and I will get around to thanking ye individually over the coming days but biggest shoutout to my biggest supporters which are my family.. thanks lads, it’s really appreciated 👍also fair play and huge credit to my running club mate @patfitz1980 who ran his first sub3 today with a rock solid 2.58..well done pat, a fantastic effort 👍
Finally I always said it’s hard to walk away when I’m still improving so I’ll take time to recover and decide on what’s next I suppose,😜😜😜
