***EDIT*** I’ve had a few messages asking where the recipe is for this - it’s the only highlight I have under ‘0.5 syn pasta’. It may look slightly different due to different meat/veg being used AND I added parmesan on the top to this particular one, but I promise it’s exactly the same 😌. I just love pasta!! 💛🧡. This is why I always weigh my pasta out as I would just eat LOADS. ✏️ I don’t plan my snacks in advance as I don’t know what I’ll fancy until the day
✏️ I always plan in my healthy extras
✏️ I try to write down a rough idea of syns for certain meals so I know what I’ve kind of got to play with
✏️ Sometimes the meals are repetitive but that’s because my shifts are often all over the place
